I have been raising dogs (mostly Aussies) for about 21 years. I have learned a TON and still have more to learn, but I have NEVER AND WILL NEVER breed merle to merle. Breeders that choose this route should NOT be breeders. I am happy to mentor any beginner because we all had to start somewhere, but this is a dangerous practice and should not be done.
