I reached out to a foster care to help be a foster mom. And I was told that I don't have proper dog experience.
Okay friends family everyone let's all have a big fat laugh. A big fat f****** laugh at that.
I would like to protest. I think I have plenty of dog experience. I think this lady is just a total c word. The funniest thing is that she tells me that she knows how to take care of dogs because she has 50 dogs at a time in her home.
Anybody want to report her?

I attended a Passover seder for the first time in a few years tonight and I was really brought back to my childhood. I can't stand the food!!!! This is the last line of a Passover Seder. (See photo)

Zion's Den's last litter and the final three are being transported to their forever homes this weekend!
It's been an awesome ride and so much pleasure. Now it's time to just relax and enjoy my own dogs!

All pups have found their forever homes. Just a great big thank you to our entire Zion's Den family.
I think you all know that Zion's Den is done. No more wolf dog litters.
But I have one male from the December litter still looking for his forever home.
I am looking for the perfect pet owner and I am not looking for full price in fact at this point I'm looking to find somebody that will give him a wonderful home and I'm not concerned about income at all. Anything of course could help. But this guy needs a home and a family and he needs it now.

Zion's Den family.
So, many of you have seen all the photos of Zion that I've been posting these last two days.
Today, Zion crossed the rainbow bridge. He was greeted by Opaka, Kodiak, Shaila, Ripple and Dorje. Along with many others.
Zion's Den will never be the same. This dog meant the world to us. He was the best. The sweetest. The kindest boy you'd ever meet. He was a great father, a great pet, a great boy through and through. He will be missed more than anything.
We love you Zion. Run free. No pain.
Now I know, so many of you have Zion's children. What I would love more than anything is for you to share your pictures of Zion's kin. Tell us who they are, how old they are and if you knew Zion, shout out something about him. It's ok to be sad and I am. But I want to see him live on.
Yesterday we confirmed his daughter Delilah is expecting in December. This will be the last Zion's Den's litter. His grandbabies.
I'm trying to celebrate him in my heart today. Please help me do that.

Go on. Tell me wild animals don't get along. It's not the easiest video to watch, turn phones sideways? Momma Moose came for a visit. She always likes to go up to the fence and see the wolf dogs. Notice she's not eating. She's just hanging. If you look over top the ATV seat you'll see some of the dogs. The barker is only eight months old and never saw a moose before yesterday. You can see momma Moose telling her to stop. Everyone else was just sitting and watching her. She was doing the same. Last year she nudged Audubon on the nose through the fence right here. Audi was inside yesterday. I think momma Moose was looking for her friend.
Looking for immediate temporary or permanent foster/home for male wolf dog, low content, almost two year old, intact male. (Surgery scheduled 9/14 but owner is surrendering and might not have funds). No other dogs or pets of any kind at this time. Has positive relationships with children. Meeko is causing issues and starting fights with family dogs he's grown up with. He is coming up here to me today in Black Hawk. This is a pup from our line. Audubon/Medic Dec 2020 litter. Please send PM if interested. I'll try to answer questions here.

On February 9th, Colorado Parks and Wildlife captured, collared, and performed a health exam on one of the wolf pups in Jackson County.
Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center held a naming contest on social media to pick a name for this beautiful girl. After 40,000 people weighed in, the name Akawe was chosen.
Akawe (aa-kah-way) is the Ojibwe word for "first". The Ojibwe people view wolves as wise mentors and have fought for protection of wolves in parts of the United States; as have many Indigenous American tribes.
Akawe is the first wolf pup from the 2021 litter to be collared, and part of the first litter born in Colorado in over 80 years. She will be the first of many wolves to call Colorado home.
And then there were none looking for homes. What a great group of owners this year! See you again on the flip side!
