Bracken got to observe wildlife this morning at 4:57. He is bored with cats.
Henry demanded faster service at the drive up window this morning and was ready for dinner when Mom got home from work.

When Mom got up early to feed Faith and Truth, someone else was ready to eat too.
See those wet droplets on the fire hydrant? They weren’t from us. They fell from the sky. We think it may have been something known as rain.
The house that was half-standing is now only a foundation.
Henry was waiting for lunch when we got home.
Charlie’s funeral hasn’t even started and Mom is trying to hold back tears. If you don’t understand, you never tried to see him speak God’s words into the world. Mom felt a connection to him and as it is pouring outside, she knows God is weeping for his loss.

After Mom got home from work, she worked some more. Faith and Truth have a few fleas but they’re too tiny for any flea medicine. Today they were big enough to get a bath to rinse most of them off.
After church we went to Swanton. Bracken asked Gma to adopt him because Mom didn’t take us to the park today. It’s been months since we missed a day at the park.
It had been a couple weeks since we could go inside at Gms.

We took the river path again because it was hot by the time we fed and cleaned up after all the cats and kittens. The shade was needed and so was the tranquility.
The hate recently displayed on Facebook is incomprehensible and exhausting. We’re thinking about leaving it behind.

Mom getting up and feeding the kittens every 4 hours is exhausting. We went back to sleep after our 4:30am mile jog around the subdivision.
Three hours later before Mom left for work Henry came for breakfast.
Mom got a desperately needed afternoon off and took a long nap. We took our normal evening walk but it was too dark for pictures 😔.
Can you tell by the chips which Adrian sandwich shop Mom’s dinner was from to go along with the beans?
Today is her Friday this week. She has tomorrow and Thursday off and has to work on Saturday.
