Had a fun day last Sunday at TVRAIs double show, only took 3 mini rex but was very happy with results:

This little doe, now named Ginger hopped off to an absolutely fantastic home today, made be so happy :D - 5 lilac otters, a black otter doe and a tiny choc otter boy to go (probs no more babys till late this year or early 2025)

Last weekend I took 4 mini rex to RBAV at Airport West, judge was Frances Micallef. 3 were Otters so all in the same class
Coolabah Uhtred got the 1st and CCs
Cherish came 2nd and Merci was 3rd
Uhtred and Cherish won Best Pairs then ..... Coolabah Elvira my Seal won:
Best of Breed
Best Rex
Best Adult
Best Ownerbred
Best in Show!!
This year she has won R/Up in show twice and 3rd once :)

Last Weekend 16th April we had our first show of the year at TVRAI, it was my little seal doe Coolabah Elvira's first show, she did amazing winning BOB Mini Rex, Best Rex, Judges Choice and Runner Up Best Exhibit in Show coming home with 3 gorgeous pink ribbons :)

Something exciting is coming to the cafe -

On Tuesday 11th of April , the lounge will be cleared of cats for the day and filled with RESCUE BUNNIES !!!!!

Grounded Paws Animal Rescue has over 40 (yes 40!!) buns in care looking for homes and some of those babies will be ready to go on the day 💜

With this many bunnies in care, we are always in need of the following donations ;

🐰 Hay Hay and more Hay
🐰 Rabbit Pellet Food
🐰 Paper Kitty Litter

Best in Show line up from Rowland's Show in July, Ragnar didn't place (but I guess he came 4th in show lol) he's looking good tho', he is the dad of the 2 litters born last weekend :)

The drought is over, after 13 months we had 2 litters of mini rex born yesterday. 3 Little Birds had 3 and Waiting in Vain had 5 both to Ragnar - parents are all black otters :)
