Woof Woof Mobile Hydrobath is a registered dog grooming business which is owner operated and has been operating in the Gympie region since 2009. Woof Woofs open design trailer is pet friendly allowing the dog to see out and be comfortable in his/her surroundings also allowing the owner of the pet to have full vision of the dog at all times keeping the anxiety levels low for both the pet and the ow

ner. The focus is on the dog to be comfortable and enjoy the experience so next time he / she sees the WOOF WOOF trailer pull up they are jumping with excitement to have their next bath . (which most of my doggie customers do )
With my love of dogs believing they are something extraordinary in our lives and only the lucky humans who have owned and loved a soul mate will understand this and my natural pet handling skills I am sure your pooch would love and enjoy a WOOF WOOF pamper

There are many benefits from having your Pooch regularly hydrobathed from smelling nice and looking clean and soft but also it is a great stimulant for healthy hair and skin growth, great for circulation especially in older dogs. Keeping them free from Fleas and Ticks which can sometimes be deadly. Having there nails trimmed regularly is important too from someone they trust will not hurt them .. A regular hydrobath will help disperse of that unwanted hair and keep them looking healthy and more importantly keep them happy! So gone are the days where you struggled with the hose in one hand and the dog in the other ,leaving a trail of mess behind you with dirty wet towels and yourself sopping wet covered in dog hair from head to toe...... just give WOOF WOOF a call 0411 449 162 . Just hand the dog over and its all done for you , no trouble , no mess , and everyone is happy

*CLIPPING ALSO AVAILABLE *
PRICES STARTING FROM $25 FOR A BATH
AND CLIPPING FROM $50 FOR A SMALL BREED DOG..

Hi everyone
The sun is shining again and we are
into warmer days 🥰
As per normal I am very busy and booked out weeks ahead .
I am getting lots of new enquiries
At this stage I only have some very limited availability for new clients in the Gympie area only
All other areas I travel too are closed for new clients ,(Curra, Rainbow beach , Tin can bay , Cooloola cove )
There is a wait
So please plan ahead
If you leave it too late and your dog is struggling in the heat be aware I may not get to you for another month or so
So my advice is to pre book .

We all know Cocos story in Gympie and if you don’t she was in a car accident on the Bruce hwy whilst being transported with a pet carrier to her foster home a week or so ago 😢
She escaped the trailer and was in survival mode for a good week wandering the Gympie area , frightened , hungry and scared .
We were all concerned when she had been spotted crossing the busy hwy 😱
Anyway they managed to catch her and now the poor girl has a tick 🥲
I am sharing the post just incase anyone would like to donate to her cause 🙏🏻🥰
Let’s hope Cocos life improves from here on ! Or if you wish to donate you can go into Gympie Veterinary Clinic and make a donation towards Cocos treatment 😊
Also a good reminder to keep your dogs on their tick prevention at this time of year as the risk is always there .

🐾 ❤️‍🩹 Fundraiser for Coco ❤️‍🩹🐾

Whilst we have good news of Coco being found and welcomed to QSAR, upon arrival to her foster home her amazing carers did a check over on her to make sure she had no wounds or injuries from the impact of the accident and discovered a tick!
She was rushed down to the vet and it was confirmed to be a paralysis tick!
Poor Coco must have picked this up while she was lost in the bush after the accident. 😢

She is now undergoing the paralysis tick treatment in the vets and will be in for at least 24 hours to start, depending on how she responds based on her poor body score and condition. We have already spent $1,500 as at this morning, and it's anticipated to $3,000 - $5,000 before the end of her vetwork.

Thank you to the amazing vet team and her carers for looking after her so well 🙏💕

If you're in a position to help us pay for Coco's vetwork costs, our bank details are:

Wowsers I am getting so many new enquirys and I just can’t keep up 😱🥰
I apologise to any one I may have missed getting back too in the recent weeks 🙏🏻
With Winter here I have lost a couple of hours in my work day as it’s just too cold to do my early morning starts 🥶
So it is difficult to get to you all , it’s also taking me longer to get the doggos done because they all have their big fluffs on for winter and I like to give them a nice warm bath and make sure they are dry when I leave .😊
Throw in a bad back that has held me up a bit in my schedule and it’s all gone haywire 😳

I also want to remind everyone I am still doing the ACCELL and Equissage massage therapy which has helped me enormously with my back recently and now is the time to treat your doggo to a special pamper , especially those older pooches that are struggling with the colder weather 🐶
They will thank you for it 🙏🏻🥰

Hello All
Yes I am still around
Yes I am very busy
Yes I am no good at answering phone calls
Yes I am doing my best
Yes I am being inundated with new enquirys
And yes it is rare for me to have any available appointments for new clients ,but sometimes it does happen 😊🐶🐶
At the moment I am trying to catch up on work that had to be postponed due to the wet weather we have had , I have way too many hounds to get to this week so I’m hoping the rain blows away and I can get all those pooches smelling pretty again 🤞🏻🙏🏻🐶🐶
It is a struggle when I have to postpone because I can’t simply fit you in the following week as that week I already have booked also
So some of you may have to wait until next time you’re scheduled .
Thankyou for all being understanding everyone has been great ❤️🥰
But I will always do my best to get there if you are desperate 😷🐶😂

Dear old Feather turned 19 this week 🥰❤️🐶 today she had her bath and to my surprise she could still walk up the ramp and step to get in ❤️
I spoilt her today and she had a massage on the ACCELL therapy mat .
She really enjoyed it and even layed her head down to rest ❤️
It’s quite an achievement to get a dog to her age and she is still quite nimble
I think she is a tuff old buggar and of course she has a beautiful family that love her and spoil her xo
Happy Birthday Feather 🎂
Let’s see if we can get to 20 ! 🥰🙏🏻😇

Hi all
Gosh I am having a hard time keeping up with all the messages at the moment 😳
I am super busy and very worn out physically and mentally 😢
I will be making some changes to my shedule in the coming weeks that will effect some of my clients as I will be cutting back on my travelling and hopefully working closer to home 🏡
So I will have some more availability for these areas Widgee , The Palms , Southside , Gympie in the coming weeks 😊.
Now don’t panic
I will still be coming to my current clients in Glenwood , Curra , Rainbow Beach and Tin Can Bay although my visits won’t be as often .
At this stage Glenwood will be 8 weekly
Curra 4 weekly
Rainbow as normal fortnightly
Tin Can /Cooloola fortnightly
There will also be some changes coming for some regarding pricing 💵
If your dog is matted , knotted or takes more time to groom I will be charging accordingly as this is taking a toll on my equipment
An average small dog groom starts from $80 which is around an hour and a half work
Lately I have been spending 2-3 hrs on some dogs with no extra charge 🙁🙃
Can’t keep doing that to myself 🤪
So sorry the buck has to be passed on so I can continue to do what I do 🐶🐶
Thank you everyone for your enquirys , support and recommendations 🥰
I’m doing my best
Please be patient

Photo is of W***y one of my recent clients who asked for something different 😂🐶
A Lion Cut 🦁🥰 he was quiet proud of himself too ❤️❤️

( all of my regular bookings for these areas have been written in 😊🐶👍🏻)
I do however have a FEW spots for the Gympie area 😊
If you would like to make a booking please message me 🙏🏻 I am not available to answer phone calls, my days consist of driving to my destination and going from one job to the next with not much time too spare for answering phone calls 📴📵

Hi All
Wow I am receiving alot of messages regarding haircuts from new and existing clients 🐶
Most fur babies have their full winter coats like this fluff ball and need a trim up as the days are getting warmer already 🌞🕶️
At this point I am still quite time poor so if you think your doggo will need a haircut , think ahead and book in now for the coming weeks and months .
I am usually fully booked weeks ahead 😊 so it is not likely I will be able to fit you in on the week or day you contact me .

Also having trouble keeping up with all the enquirys and working through the days / weeks so please do send me a reminder if you have not heard back from me

Are you ready for a “heart melter “ 😍❤️
Meet “ Barney “ 😍🐶
It’s great to start them in the bath early to get them use to it ( after they have had there needles of course )
No need to teach Barney it’s all okay 😂
He is straight up
“ I know what to do ! Let me at it ! I see food 👀”
Barney has big shoes to fill as I use to bath his predecessor Zeus for many years who also was a Staffy , my very first client actually 🐶😘
Zeus has now passed and this little goer won’t replace him but gee how could you not love that little fire cracker ! 😍

It has been a rough two weeks for me with having the Flu 😷🤕 I have had some time off and have also been working a few hours in the mornings when I’ve felt well enough .
Going into week 3 now and I am still not 100%
At this point I am going to concede that I won’t be able to catch up on appointments that were missed while I was unwell 😢 so those of you that missed out may have to wait for your next scheduled appointment , sorry about that .
I’m hoping to be back to it this week 😊

Turmeric paste is a great anti inflammatory for arthritis , a much affordable option too than all the products on the market for arthritis in dogs .
It’s a bit messy to make but is worth it in the long run and you know exactly what is in it 👍🏻
But you must follow the instructions as turmeric powder on its own will not do much
And the great thing is the Hoomans can have it too 🐶🐶😊

HOW TO MAKE TURMERIC 2000% STRONGER WITH A HOMEMADE PASTE TO HELP SMASH CANCER & ARTHRITIS!

It is estimated that 10% of cancer is genetic🧬 and 90% is a result of lifestyle and environmental factors. Over 6 million (and growing) dogs die from cancer each year! More than 1 in 2 dogs and 1 in 3 cats are diagnosed with cancer.

A new turmeric study reveals that one of the world's most extensively researched herbs has the ability to selectively target and destroy cancer stem cells, while having little to no toxicity on normal stem cells.

This means that, unlike chemotherapy which will destroy regular healthy cells, turmeric will only go after cancer cells in you and your pets!

The only problem is with using turmeric to smash cancer or to heal inflammation like arthritis is its low bioavailability when eaten on its own.

You see, approximately 5% of the spice turmeric is composed of the active compound curcumin and this is the stuff that gives turmeric its power. Then, to top it all off, turmeric root is poorly absorbed across the G.I. tract and is rapidly cleared from the blood.

If pets or people are given turmeric root, within an hour, there’s a little tiny bit that actually makes its way into their blood stream. The reason for this is because the liver is actively trying to get rid of it! So, while a ton of pet owners may be giving their pets turmeric, most are seeing little to no results.

FEAR NOT! THERE IS A SOLUTION!

There’s an easy-to-make recipe that will actually make turmeric root powder, and its power-punching curcumin, over 2000% more readily available to your pet’s body!

The solution? An old Ayurvedic recipe called Turmeric Paste (aka Golden Paste) that has been prepared in India for thousands of years!

“How is it prepared in India? With fat and black pepper. Amazing how they could figure that out without double blind trials. (Though maybe it just tastes good, and it’s merely coincidence?)” -Michael Greger, M.D

A source of fresh ground black pepper and a healthy fat can turn this solo herb, turmeric, into a super powerful rock band!

According to research, about 5% of black pepper by weight is comprised of a compound called piperine, which enhances the bioavailability of Turmeric.

Australian Vet, Dr. Doug English, advises to add freshly ground peppercorns (piperine) to your mixture of turmeric root, piperine will increase intestinal absorption allowing time for the curcumin to be taken up into the blood stream.

“By taking just a quarter teaspoon’s worth of black pepper, you see curcumin (turmeric root) levels skyrocket. The same amount of curcumin consumed, but the bioavailability shoots up 2000%. Even just a little pinch of pepper—1/20th of a teaspoon—can significantly boost levels.” -Michael Greger, M.D

Not only can adding fresh ground pepper make turmeric more bioavailable but piperine in black pepper can trigger TRPV1 (transient receptor potential vanilloid type-1) in the body. This triggering can reduce pain!

Ok, so why the coconut oil?🥥

According to research: “Another way to boost the absorption of curcumin is to consume it in the whole food, turmeric root (fresh or dried as a powder) because natural oils found in turmeric root and turmeric powder can enhance the bioavailability of curcumin seven to eight fold. When eaten with fat, curcumin can be directly absorbed into the bloodstream through the lymphatic system thereby in part bypassing the liver.”

You can use good clean organic fats like olive oil, fish oil or, my favorite, coconut oil!

For more on coconut oil🥥💧 - https://www.facebook.com/PlanetPaws.ca/photos/a.249776285097261/1017239048350977/?type=3&theater

THE RECIPE

First source the following ingredients🥄 -

- ½ cup of organic turmeric root powder
- 1 cup of clean spring or filtered water (may need more)
- ½ up to 1 ½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper (fresh is always best because of the piperine levels)
- ¼ cup organic cold pressed virgin coconut oil (you can also use olive oil)

Here’s how easy it is: just mix the turmeric root powder with the 1 cup of water in a pan or pot, you may need to add more water if needed. Stir the mixture on medium/low heat and in about 7 to 10 minutes, it should form a thick paste. (If your paste looks runny, just add a bit more turmeric and heat it for another couple of minutes.)

Once turned into a paste, add the fresh cracked pepper and coconut oil, and then stir it up!

Once cool, place the paste in a mason jar and store it in your fridge. The paste should last for about 2 weeks.

🐕Start with about ¼ to ½ tsp, depending on the size of your dog. You can increase the amount from there, up to about a Tbsp for larger dogs.

Cats🐈 - start with 1/8 of a teaspoon of turmeric paste and build up over time if needed.

Humans👩🏻 - start with 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric paste 3 times a day and then build up to desired level.

*NOTE: Follow dosage in the writeup and not the photo.

If there was ever a time to start a preventative plan, like adding turmeric root to your pet’s diet, the time is now!

Hi Everyone
Just letting all know I am super busy and most days running out of time to fit all those fur babies in and also fit my home duties and my own animals needs in , so I have been hard to get hold of and somedays you won’t get a reply from me on the day if you have messaged me .
It can take me a few days to get back to everyone 😊
Also I am not taking on new clients as in winter my working days are shorter due to the cooler mornings and evenings 🥶❄️
If I do happen to have availability I will post it on here but it is unlikely .
