A happy ending for this beautiful girl

Clipping off a double coated dog is something we don't encourage and will only consider as a last resort.

Yesterday a mobile grooming parlour attempted to groom this beautiful girl, then claimed they had finished the groom and she was now fully groomed and left the owners premises. The owner brought this princess into DEZYNA DOGZ parlour today, as this poor girl was still completely matted to the skin. As we started with her groom we noticed that her underbelly and forechest and inside of her hind legs had been clipped right onto the skin and had severe clipper burn from hot blades to the skin.
We had no choice but to clip her entire body, which was severely matted.
Here are before and after photos to show where her poor skin was red and inflamed from the previous days groom by a mobile groomer, and where we clipped her off to make her comfortable, and can start maintaining her coat on a monthly basis 💝💖💝💖

A warning to Dog Grooming Parlours in Benoni. I had a New person make a booking and decide to arrive at 13h00 with 2 dogs (a Yorkie & a Morkie) for grooming. We took the dogs in explaining that they would be ready later as we have a parlour full of dogs and are still busy with some of them. She stormed into the parlour 30 minutes later at 13h30 demanding her dogs, screaming and shouting profanities at me, to go an $@&! myself, swearing, showing middle finger, all because we had other dogs to groom that came in before hers. I would love to expose and mention her name on this post, but I won't. Please PM me if you want her name, as she is one very vile person.
