❣️Announcement❣️ It’s with a sense of sadness we wanted to let you all know that our much loved & valued member of the team, Amber, is leaving us to embark on new adventures. We’ll be forever grateful for everything she brought to the Orchard Dog Spa during her time with us and she’ll be hugely missed. Her skills and passion for the role have proved to be irreplaceable and as such we’ll no longer be able to offer any further appointments to the clients she served. This is a decision that hasn’t been taken lightly and we’ll be in touch on an individual basis, over the coming days, to all those whose appointments are affected. We thank you in advance for your understanding and I know, like us, you’ll wish her well on the next exciting chapter ❤️❤️

As the year draws to a close I wanted to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you to our wonderful customers for your continued support and loyalty. Finally, to both Becca and Amber for their hard work, dedication and most importantly, friendship...what an amazing job they do. After a recent increase in no shows and late cancellations may we take this opportunity to remind you of our policy. We value our relationship with you and want to be fair so the first missed appointment will incur a 50% fee and any further missed appointments will be charged in full. When we schedule your appointment that time belongs to you and by cancelling at the last minute, or simply not showing up at all, it has a huge detrimental effect on both the finances and morale of the team. Additionally, it denies a new customer the opportunity to get a long awaited appointment with us. Thank you ❤️❤️

So...today was spent in the company of Rocko Rickwood and his best buddy Ringo at Paws in the Park. What well behaved boys they were and after an exhausting day, someone needed a helping hand from Nanny on the journey home! 💙💙

Lovely Lola enjoyed her first trip to the spa today and was serenaded throughout with a special rendition of Barry Manilow’s Copacabana! The tail wagged from start to finish and she’s back to see us again in a few weeks time...when we might even break out a bit of Ray Davies and the Kinks! Lucky girl!! 🖤🖤

Missy popped in for her first puppy pamper at the Orchard Dog Spa. She was treated to a gentle bath, blueberry facial, blow dry, face and feet tidy, nail clip, ear clean and a spritz of coat cologne....all in preparation for her big girl grooms in the future ❤️❤️

Firstly...where to start. It’s been a tumultuous year for us at the Orchard Dog Spa which has seen many changes. Despite everything our priority has always been you, our valued customers. Thank you for your support, loyalty and most importantly, friendship. You are the reason for our success and the reason we ‘keep on keeping on!’
It goes without saying that I’ve got the best team ever! Becca and Amber...your hard work and dedication is overwhelming. I’m so thankful to have you both in my life and I’m immensely proud of everything you’ve achieved this year.

Philippe came in for his first spa bath today, following recent surgery to correct a luxating patella on his hind leg. We’re hoping to do some post op massage in the near future to further help with his recovery. 💚💚
Molly, the Westie, has recently been diagnosed with arthritis so she was treated to the jacuzzi spa bath today to help ease her joints. 💚💚
Dolly enjoyed a well deserved pamper today. She works hard as a therapy dog, bringing comfort to people during her visits to hospices and homes etc. What a truly special little girl 💚💚💚
