Hes not happy, hes feeling miserable and doesn't understand why hes dizzy from the painkillers. Big boy Jaxx had to have an small operation last week on his back left leg.
A small hair most probably did all the damage and cause him an inflammation and a small lump that had to be removed. He was very brave at the vet bu now he has to tak painkillers and light sedatives cause hes peatwrinf his wound. It annoys him and we understand it but theres nothing else we can do. A big thank you to his foster parents who take really good care of him and dont let him make things worse.
This really came at a very difficult time for us cause financially we are broke. So far its almost £600 and we hope it wont be any more cause some unexpected things brought us to a point where we struggle a lot so we could really use your help. If you can donate any amount, we would be very grateful. We have paypal account, revolut and bank acount. [email protected] is our paypal and for our revolut or bank account you can message us. Seriously any amount is valuable, we need to cover £600. 😔

Someone to give a home to this little lady? Dalia has got one of the most loveliest characters that passed from the shelter. Shes small size, amazing with humans, dogs and cats. What else could someone ask from a dog?

She may not be photogenic but trust us her heart is worth gold. Dalia is one of the terrier crosses we send in foster care to Uk before summer. We send the whole family in foster care then. Tasha, Marino, Dalia flew to Uk and Lulu stayed in Cyprus since she was then pregnant and flew in August. All of them except Dalia are adopted a few days after they flew cause they are exactly the sweetest, the kindest, the most gentle and sociable dogs. The only unlucky is Dalia cause shes not the best in posing. As you can see shes got an underbite which many people dont like. Even though shes around 6 kilos, shes very easy going and shes perfect for any home, shes not so photogenic which doesn't help her in photos.
Dalia and family are peki/kokoni/jr/poodle crosses. Tasha the mom is a gorgeous peki/jr cross. Dalias, Marino and Lulus father is a poodle/kokoni so the pups have characteristics of all breeds. They have the best of all breeds and its what made them such amazing characters. Dalia is lead trained, toilet trained, good with other dogs, cats, ducks and another animal her foster parents have which we dont remember now.
If you want a small furry friend, shes the best. Our sweetheart lives in Leeds and if you are close you can visit her. We do homechecks and theres an adoption fee you need to pay. Our application form can be found in our website or message us to send you one.

All of them have grown up. Well not so grown up, they are almost 4 months but for a greyhound pup to be 4 months old it means that its close to medium size already. The pups are growing by the day and Monty isnt an exception, hes already over 10 kilos and getting talller and taller.
We expect the pups to be large sizes, especially the ones looking greyhounds will reach their moms size and maybe grow bigger. Monty is one of the quiet lurcher pups, hes calm and sweet. Very loving and timid. Loves to play and run like lightning. When its playtime they enjoy running bless them. We do love this "little" boy and it would be brilliant if the pups started finding homes. They deserve them and the last thing we would want is to see them grow up in cages. Especially when they are so human oriented. So far, they love everyone that comes to visit us plus they are all of them cat friendly.
For adopting one of our lurcher pups, go to our website and download our application form. Fill it and send it to the email on the form. If you 're having difficulties, you can message us here and we can send you the form. We have an easy process and we sort all the paperwork. We do homechecks by the way cause we want to know where our babies are adopting and theres an adoption fee to be paid.

Thank you for giving us time with her. Dana had the chance of staying with us and not going to the local pound cause of your help. After her post going viral, some very kind people paid her boarding and that gave us chance to sort things so she wont go.
Dana went to the dog hotel after we had enough donations for 2 months. Unfortunately we had to go pick her up and take Maria there. Dana isnt good with female dogs which is why we had to turn down a few offers for adopting her. She cant be adopted in a family with other female dogs. At the dog hotel she was growling with the dogs next to her so to avoid anything worse, we took Maria whos a total goofball and wouldn't hurt a fly. We put Dana in Marias place which is why you see her there. She is amazing with Rafael, no fighting and shes the sweetest. While Dana can be an idiot and have a fight with another female dog, she can be the daftest with male dogs. She doesn't mind size or age, only if its a male dog. Rafael is half her size, hes a beagle mix and a pain when it comes to playing cause he doesn't stop. And yet those two are very in love in a way. They play endlessly and shes relaxed which is what Dana wants. In spite being hostile to female dogs, shes fine with male dogs, cats and adores humans. She will give you endless cuddles and kisses and has the kindest soul which is obvious in her eyes. Shes really is so kind and loving and if it wasnt the issue with other females, she would 've been already in a home.
If someone out there has no dogs or a male dog and wants to save a soul, save our Dana. Shes lead trained, toilet trained, shes gentle, loving, cheerful, playful, loves to run. Not a barker and shes so quiet. Yes, shes a lurcher, shes a shepherd/greyhound mix and has characteristics from both breeds. She lives for humans, she lives to run and shes so calm. We beg you to help her cause the 2 months are almost finished and Maria will need to return. One of them has to find a home the quieckest cause we will have the same issue soon. For more infos, you can message us and we can explain all about our adoption process.

We got told off for not posting many happy happings. 🙃 Yes, with more than 6500 rehomings the last 8 years we should have posted more happy dogs in their homes but things arent easy here. We promise from now on to try more and post more happy dogs but also more in need.
This is Elvis, he was a tiny bundle when we got him with his 2 siblings. They didnt have the best start cause they were abandoned and almost died but look at him now, 5 years after. Hes has the best parents and he enjoys life in Uk. We keep in touch with his parents regularly and we enjoy seeing him being happy. His and the other dogs updates are the best payment we can ever have and trust us it makes us very proud.
Have the best life baby boy cause you will always be our baby.

Searching for foster homes in Cyprus for these pups till they can fly abroad in December. The pups have offers to be adopted abroad since we didnt have suitable offers for Cyprus and its a shame to take them to the shelter.

Someone is doing very well. Thank god day by day our fur babies are doing better and we couldnt be happier for them. It was terrifying to see them all with the iv lying helpless and us not being able to do a thing.
Today we got the blonde boy as well from the vet so all of 6 pups are fine. We managed to do also a small photo shooting as we needed to post the pups. They need to find homes, they cant stay in foster care forever as much as they are adorable. The pup posted is one of the girls and is one of the big kokoni pups which means she will be around 7-8 kilos the max when adult. The smallest pup which is a girl will be around 4-5 kgs.
Kokonis are amazing dogs, they 're one of the most ancient breeds aver existed. They go back to ancient Greece and have sociable, gentle, fearless, cheerful and love everything. For adopting one of these babies, please message us. Please keep in mind that the pups cant fly now abroad, they are too young. Plus we need foster homes for them while here. We rehome in Cyprus which is where we are and in Europe. We do t rehome in other countries due to the distance and the cost. The farther means the most expensive. You can find our application form in our website. Download it, fill it and send it to us or message us t our page if easier.

The first photos of Gordon at the shelter. Even though we tried desperately to find him a home, no one offered. We couldn't find anyone to help him so he came at the shelter. We were seriously disappointed cause a lot of effort and stress were devoted for this boy. Nothing but we continue to fight even though its heartbreaking to see him in a cage.
As you can see by the photos hes just a normal boy. Yes, theres something on his face but thats expected. Remember he had skin transplanted on his face after being shοt in the face. For those who dont follow so far Gordons story, you can press on the headline of the poat and facebook will take you to Gordons photo album. He was in a very very horrible situation when we found him but now hes completely fine. Its wasnt easy easy being shot in the face but hes got a chance to live normally now. He can breathe normally, eat normally and sniff like any other dog which is amazing. We seriously were worried that he may had issues for life and we were prepared for the worse if things didnt work but we 've got amazing vets to whom we 're ver grateful.
Gorgon the last couple of months lives with us. Hes at the cages with another sweet girl, our Rona. They are both sweet doggies who are soft with each other. Gordon is gentle with her, friendly with any other dog and hes actually fine with cats. When its play time, he never went for a cat, he ignores them which means hes not bothered by them. He just wants to be loved, to have a home. Hopefully he will fing soon. People will see beyond his injury and he will be loved again. For adopting this handsome boy, go to our website and download our application form. Fill it and send it to us. We do homechecks and theres an adoption fee you will need to pay.

We see him and we feel sooooo proud. He is the lurcher pup that gave us nightmares cause we almost lost him 3 times. From when he was born till 3 months old he got sick 3 times and if you followed Connies story and her pups you will remember us posting him crying cause we thought we would lose him.
Magnus is one of the 10 pups Connie gave birth at the vet clinic just after she was take there from the pound. Shes a very lucky girl cause she didnt gave birth at the pound. Fingers crossed, Connie may be adopted as shes gone to a foster home with a view to adopt. The gorgeous boy is one of the big pups of the litter by the way. He was one of the smallest but as they get older, hes gone really big. The pups have definitely their moms body. They are all tall and very graceful dogs. Connie is a large size greyhound and weights 25 kilos. Her pups will be same around her size but what we see so far. Magnus is surely over 10 kilos, he must be around 12? kilos and hes only 4 months old. The pups were born on 6th of June so now they are almost 4 months. Which means they can fly if adopted abroad and not in Cyprus.
Gorgeous Magnus is a calm and sweet boy. Hes full of mischief of course but hes 4 months old, hes a pup. What else would he be? He loves to play, run and trust us all of them run! They pass in front of you like wind. You just see some black and brown dog bodies moving fast and disappear from sight when its play time and we leave them out. Hes goofy and we can see that already doesn't know what to do with his legs. Its sure that who ever adopts him or one of his siblings, that will get a very loving dog. Greyhounds and calm and loving dogs, gentle and noble.
For adopting him, you can download our application form from our website or message us her if you 're having difficulties. Its an easy process and we send dogs for years now to many european countries except Cyprus. Theres an adoption fee you will need to pay depending where you live and we also do homechecks. If you want more infos on Magnues and his family, you can press on the headline of the post and facebook will tak you to Connies photo album. You will see many photos posted there. 🙂

What do we say? Its really heartbreaking but we said no. We cant take any dog now cause we are full, adults or pups. We dont have space even for a needle believe it or not. Its not something we want to hide, we 're actually saying this for months. Cyprus is full of stray dogs and seriously no one cares from our officials in the government.
This gorgeous german shepherd is one of 3 shepherds taken to the pound. We dont know their story, we can find out but does it matter if they were abandoned or handed over? They are strays now in need of homes. All 3 know basic commands which means someone loved them before and dedicate time to them. Now no one devotes even a few minutes for them other than the dog warden who tries to find them homes. We asked him to send us photos of themand today he send us the first one, the one we post.
If anyone can help, please message us. The shepherds are in Cyprus which is where we are but hopefully we can sort something if a home abroad is found. We will do anything we can to help them get out.
If anyone locally can foster or adopt please message us.

He survived, he got over parvo and now hes doing much better. Santo survived just when we thought we would lose him. Our special baby is back to his cheeky playful self. He plays all the time with his siblings, he eats, poos and sleeps. Thats enough for now.
Now that hes fine now we 're back to looking for a home for him. You see his eyes, you see what we mean when we said about strabismus. Both eyes look every else than where they should be looking. His got two squint eyes and his left eye is also blind. So hes basically seeing what he sees and how he sees it from his "good" squint eye. Besides though his eyes, hes the cutest and most adorable baby of his litter. Hes looking very frenchie, even the way he walks and tries to jump but as we said thank god he doesn't have the snubnose. That means he can breathe much easier than a normal frenchie.
If anyone in Cyprus can foater this cutie or adopt him, we would be very grateful. Hes really adorable and trust us you will love him from the first minute you will see him. For more infos on this little one, please message us.

It is with a very heavy heart that today these pups foster mom, will take them back to the pound. It sucks, it feels awful but we cant do anything about it. Ever since these pups were found with their mom close to the burned areas and taken to the pound, we 're trying to help even though we are full and cant take any more dogs.
It wasnt a secret that we are full and over our capacity. We were saying it in every post but even that, we were trying to find them foster homes or forever to keep them safe. Their foster mom even though her home disnt have enough space for them, offered to foster them to save them. 1,5 months of every day cleaning, feeding, running and playing with them and it all goes to thin air. The pups are returned today and will be going next to cages with adult dogs so eventually they will pick up a disease and die. Its not something we want to even think and their foster mom is crying 2 days now. Its with a very heavy heart that she does it but she doesnt have a choice. The pups are 2 months old now, they make noise and the whole neighborhood complained to the police. We dont have any space and we even had pups with parvo so it will be extremely risky to try and bring them to us. So far only one person offered to take a pup but she cant do it today.
We beg you to help!! Please if you are in Cyprus help them. Message us for more infos.
