🐎 We have some availability for livery 🐎 Small, private yard in Lower Penn Our fantastic facilities include: • Light & airy stables inside a barn with hose that reaches every stable & floodlit yard • Secure tackroom & individual storage areas • Large well maintained paddocks (minimum 5 acres) never over grazed or "horse sick" • Unrestricted year round 24hr herd turnout • Gravel tracks & gateways • Natural shelter & auto water troughs • No poo picking required as fields rotated, chain harrowed & cross grazed • Round bales put in the field with the tractor so no need to carry/wheelbarrow hay out yourself • Top quality hay, haylage, straw & shavings • Exclusive riding access to acres of private off road farmland • CCTV & alarms • Yard owners on site ⭐ £22 per week ⭐ Please note - we are a child & dog free yard
