WATER BOATMAN….not to be confused with Back-Swimmers that can bite! Found some Water Boatman recently…they have been in a covered tank at home….think they would be good for Frogs 🤔….not a stable food but more for enrichment?

Anyone feed these to their Axolotls before? I don’t know if they can be ‘cultured’ as such….but love water troughs I’ve found….thoughts?

🚨 Definitely be careful where you get them from! Wild feed isn’t always a great idea as there’s risk of contamination.

Hey all! I have been working on this quietly & have new side gig I guess you can call it. I have recently have got 2 Axolotls and noticed there’s not many options for food…especially live options! I’m finally putting my Aquaculture qualification and science skills to good use to breed feeders. Earthworms, Brine shrimp, Daphnia, Vinegar eels will be available. Hopefully all going well I can provide crickets, silk worms (long term goal) & meal worms for reptiles and turtles also. Please give a like, follow or even a share. Thank u ☺️
