There's magic in the art of bee keeping. A calmness in the chaos. The buzzing of a million bees & the smell of sweet honey. Even though we lost a hive & the summer was dry we were able to harvest 🍯

It's officially the start of honey season! We went down to the yard today to pull of our sugar feeders and put on the honey supers that the bees will collect their extra honey in. Now that the dandelions are blooming, the girls will start to bring nectar back to the hive. We're here for it!

Had a chance to get down to the bee yard to check in on the girls today! We haven't seen them since we wrapped them up for winter.

We were very happy to see that most of the hives are thriving and doing great! We did lose one hive sadly, but everyone else looks super happy and healthy!
