Mega Spay Day numbers are in!
Weโre excited to share the results of our Mega Spay Day today! Although we're a bit late in posting, the day was a tremendous success. Thanks to the incredible collaboration with Dr. Welch and the Community Pets Mobile Veterinary Clinic team, we managed to spay, neuter, and vaccinate 3๏ธโฃ4๏ธโฃ cats. Of these, 1๏ธโฃ7๏ธโฃ were female, and notably, 2๏ธโฃ were pregnant. As we say time and time again, this significant effort not only prevents the birth of more kittens but also ensures that these cats are healthier and less likely to spread disease.
The success of such events highlights the impact of TNVR programs and the importance of community support. Together, we can make a difference in controlling cat overpopulation and improving the lives of community cats ๐ ๐ชค โ๏ธ ๐โโฌ

Every Cat Counts! ๐พ Today we're celebrating the return of 9 female cats from their recovery post-TNR. Including 3 others, thatโs a total of 12 cats now leading healthier lives, free from the burdens of unchecked reproduction.
Hereโs a quick look at the impact: Each female cat can give birth to an average of 25 kittens per year. By spaying just these 12 cats, we've potentially prevented up to 300 kittens this year alone!Imagine the strain on resources and the struggle for survival these hundreds of kittens would face if born into the wild.
