This is a very unpleasant post to have to make, but it’s gotten to the point that other people need to be warned about this … this is the reality of my world for about a year . Please PLEASE don’t make the same mistake I did . I thought I was giving a family an opportunity to have something special… this family has made my life a living hell. Scammers right from the get go . And I’m the big idiot that gave them multiple chances after they got caught changing our contract and trying to pass it off as the original and get us to sign it … and then begging for another chance . She said it was her “ narcissistic” father who changed it … I gave in and gave them another chance , only to have the husband change the contract with Rocket mortgage and push us into signing without reading it … we ended up calling Rocket mortgage and they had not only changed the price of the home , where we would actually lose money, they put in a clause that if it didn’t appraise for an inflated price , they would get their deposit back … win win for them . We shut that down right away and the next day they had a list of “ concerns “ , a demand/ blackmail letter threatening us with a lawsuit for over a hundred thousand in pain and suffering, labor ( them putting in new carpet for themselves) and harassment/ threatening??? Crazy demands … we needed to either give them their non refundable deposit back or drop the price of the farm by $100,000 , but textbook tenant scam 101 … the claims were exactly what google tells you to do to get out of paying rent … they stopped paying rent , and as of October 1st they owe $16,500 in unpaid rent . The lies, the staged videos , came next …. Smearing my name, my farms name and going after my animals…. I’m only getting into a very small portion of what this family has done , but the story is so much bigger, and scarier…. The thought we would give in to their demands, when we didn’t , they got more vindictive, more crazy …they wouldn’t let me come on the property to get our belongings and WE OWN THE PROPERTY…. She wouldn’t let us pick up my freezer , because she had her next disgusting plan in place .. you see, we gave them 4 months of free storage from last October on . They had a freezer and asked us to plug it in , as it contained a dead cat . Not the cat she killed with her bare hands ,( yeah that happened) but I didn’t know about that until later… but one that they wanted to bury on the farm . I understand as we’ve had to wait to bury our animals when the ground is frozen. I was very respectful and we made sure to leave that plugged in . During the months that followed, I lost one of my goats … I was unsure if I wanted him buried beside his family on that farm , or bring him to the land … we made an agreement and they promised to do the same for me. To leave my freezer plugged in… She knew the goat, and his story… He had gotten sick and of course the vet had come twice … we were unsure what was going on , but treated for symptoms present… I was asked if I wanted him tested and I declined because I keep my animals separate with their individual groups , and it wouldn’t have changed the fact that he would live with me as long as he was happy and healthy.. which he did . He had a great happy life … she changed that story to use for yet another way to make $$$… she unplugged my freezer and let it sit there in the summer and then called ACO and said we left a BIOHAZARD behind … it would cost $4000 to clean up , and another strike to use against us to make us look bad …. That was when I knew I was dealing with not only vindictive tenants , but mentally unstable tenants …. The disrespect, to my goat … and me … I love my animals as much after death as I do alive . I mourn them the same as I would mourn a human …. They have been spreading so many lies . I just found their supposed “ non Profit “ scamming people with a raffle … raffling off 2 acres and a two bedroom home … I can only assume it’s my property they were raffling off for $100/ ticket…. They don’t even have a lease anymore… that is a criminal offense and we are pressing charges . Kenny ended up going to the farm , renting an excavator and it was planned with the ACO , the sheriff and tenant… she knew he going down and what time he’d be there …. She saw another opportunity… this one very scary … he was out back waiting for the excavator to be dropped off… she knew he was there by himself.. waiting on the ACO … she went out back and started to confront him and provoke him …, she had a loaded weapon behind her back … we have all the proof… luckily Kenny is mellow and just told her to get away from him … when the excavator driver pulled in she went running to him asking for a phone to call 911 …. She was “ in fear for her life” … she made a 911 call wtf???? Crazy… sheriff came … I do believe she wanted the farm bad enough to kill for it … this is who we have been dealing with . EVERYTHING I have been posting is true 100% … I have all the proof saved… it gets soooo much worse but today I’m going to address one of this guys videos… and big lie about me abandoning animals and just leaving them behind …. I would NEVER do that … in a million years … here’s just a little sample of how much hate and lies this family spreads … all because they couldn’t get financing to buy the farm… somehow that’s my fault !!!! We gave them every opportunity, I even offered partial OF and was going to let them assume the mortgage and come up with the rest …. Apparently having only One out of 4 adults working , doesn’t qualify you for a $435,000 mortgage… who knew … still not my problem, since you told me you were prequalified multiple times, and were making $12,000/ month . I’ve got ALL THAT PROOF . Back to this lie of me abandoning animals… My daughter was defending me against a stranger saying she was told we abandon these animals… here’s the proof of me not only paying her … but checking on them … trying to get the new place ready , and being pushed out of our farm because she wanted to start her “ farm journey “ and was relentless bugging to move in early …. She pulled the old scam to get in my farm early… she said the rental they were in was inhabitable, gross, filthy, mold and rodent infested .. this rental was making her children sick and she begged me to let her move in early before we were even ready of had been able to get that farm ready …I checked that rental… it is clean , cute and comfortable… she lied … same scam about her sick children that she did a GFM about …. These people are sooo good at deception… a little actress in front of the camera , a victim, but a nasty scary individual behind that … here is just a bit of proof of me paying her and checking on the animals. I’m showing this because, I’m tired of them getting away with this , defending myself to strangers who think I would do that ….. and showing just how much this family has lied to get what they want … they will do it to the next people, that try to help them , and I wanted to warn anyone getting involved with them . And the walkthrough they were supposedly denied???? Here it is …. Them smiling and celebrating after their WALKTHROUGH…. ( last picture) there is soooooo much more … but I’ll save that for another day .
