Unbelievably, Ivor is still looking for a foster/forever home. Ivor is an 18-month-old male, Golden Retriever, who is currently in kennels. I have met Ivor on several occasions in a kennel setting and he has been extremely affectionate and good with other dogs. I am working with a local and established rescue to find Ivor a foster/forever home.
If you would like to be considered as either a fosterer or forever home you will need to be able to commit time to working with me and the rescue to support Ivor through his transition period into your home. You will need to have a positive reinforcement-based approach to living with and training dogs. Be patient, understanding, consistent and have the time to work with Ivor and give him the life he deserves.
Ivor has never lived with children so unfortunately we are looking for an adult home and Ivor is unable to be crated, so a home that does not use crates. Ivor has not been cat tested and a cat free home would be preferable.
