These are the REQUIREMENTS to become a LEGAL KEEPER, on how to REGISTER YOUR ANIMAL, and how to obtain your first Certificate of Wildlife Registration (CWR)

⚠️ Requirements CWR and LTP:

1️⃣ Proof of Legal Acquisition (Sales invoice or Official Receipt) from a DENR Registered Wildlife Farm Permit Holder or a Deed of Sale or Deed of Donation from a legal breeder
🦎 This can come in a form of a Receipt or a Legal Notarized Document coming from a LEGAL breeder

2️⃣ Application form with 1pc 2x2 photo (passport size)
🦎 Application form should be PRINTED AND FILLED UP IN A LEGAL SIZE BOND PAPER (check photos, save and print)

3️⃣ VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID
🦎 Passport, SSS, Phil-health ID, Driver’s License, PRC ID, etc

4️⃣ Inspection of wildlife
🦎 Bring your purchased animal for identification purposes
🦎 Can be placed in a transport container as long as animal is safe and secure

5️⃣ Application Fee 💵 90 PESOS 💵

6️⃣‼️ If source of animal comes from a different region from the Breeder, you will need to have a Local Transport Permit applied by the Breeder

DENR-NCR Building 1, DENR National Ecology Center Cmpd., East Ave., Quezon City, infront of Jollibee Heart Center beside Nat'l. Kidney (NKTI)
