*Favorite Dog Dreams Toy - Long handled bungee with white rabbit pelt-it's so exciting and the long bungee handle allows him to grab it hard and tug it hard without either of us getting hurt - he can thrash it very hard and it absorbs the shock! He holds on even if the next dog is coming in fast he stays engaged

*Anything else about them you’d like to share. - Crimes is a wonderful, versatile happy sport dog and having a fun toy makes his day so happy.

Meet Psyclone!! March DDT DOGGO of the Month! Psyclone bio:

Psyclone is a borderwhippet owned and trained by Erica Martin. She will be 11 years old in June. Her main sport is flyball. Last year she earned her Flyball Grand Champion award, 30,000 points, and her team got 1st place in the Regionals! She is now MOSTLY retired, but still runs part time and helps train the new Flyball dogs. She runs for a Dog Dreams tug at flyball. The fleece holds up best for her, and she likes to have a bungee on it for cushioning when she hits it hard.

Psy also loves sprint racing and lure coursing over obstacles. She has the fastest time in the country for coursing over obstacles with the Doggie Fun Zone, 8.25 seconds. She earned the Trick Dog Excellent title a couple years ago, she really enjoys learning new things. Chuck-it and herding the household cats are also favorite Psyclone activities.

January DDT DOGGO of the Month Name: Zumi
Owner: Lisa White
Train with: Ivette White and Marcy Mantell
Breed: Chihuahua mix (10 lb)
Age: 8 months
Sports: foundation agility
Awards: “crowd favorite”
Favorite toys: Dog Dreams “Follow Me Sheep”with 3-fur types. Great to get her chasing me. Helps with learning Serpentines as I can move away as she wraps the wing and chases the toy. Great as a target at the end of jumps, and easy for a helper to step on to prevent her from running away with it.

Zumi was transferred to Furry Friends Rescue from a high-kill shelter when she was only 5 weeks old along with her mom and two littermate. I adopted from Furry Friends Rescue early July. Super sweet, friendly, loves to meet people and other dogs. Having an assortment of toys that Dog Dreams offers helps keeps her focus on me. Keeping her focus has been a challenge.

Meet Cava February DDT DOGGO of the Month! Name: Cava von Tafelberg - Cava is sparkling wine from Spain, and it suits her sweet, happy, bubbly personality perfectly.
Owner/trainer: Debbie Oliver
Breed: German shepherd dog
Age: 4 years
Sports: Flyball!
Awards: Cava made her flyball debut last October, where she earned her Flyball Dog and Flyball Dog Excellent titles. At her next tournament in February 2022 she raced full time earning her Flyball Dog Champion and FDCh-Silver titles, ending up just 10 points shy of her FDCh-Gold title.
Cava loves her DDT tug! We started out with a Crunch N Tug, but as it turned out she liked it just as well without the bottle as with. And she is a powerful tugger, she hits it hard at the end of her runs so it was clear I was going to need something even more durable - “Cava tough". So for the next generation tug we stayed with the same general design, except with a reinforced bite area that’s slightly stuffed. It was a huge hit.
What I like about Cava’s tug is the handle, which is large enough for me to get my hand in easily even wearing gloves (essential!), and the bungee to absorb shock - also essential when you’ve got a drivey GSD coming at you at full speed. Sherry has a huge selection of fabrics and fleece in a variety of colors and patterns, she’s easy to work with and it was fun to come up with the perfect combo of durability and functionality in Cava’s flyball colors of purple and pink.
When we’re not doing flyball, Cava is my hiking partner and couch cuddler. She loves her daddy too, and I think he actually misses her more when we’re out of town for tournaments than he misses me!

*Favorite Dog Dreams Toy - Tekno and I really like the Sheepskin braided tug and bunny tug. They're small and have a great texture for his little mouth to hold onto, and I can stuff them in a pocket or on my arm when we're training and quickly toss it to reward him
*Anything else about them you’d like to share- Toy dogs can do just about anything a big dog can do and they want to work. It's super rewarding to see your little 5lb dog brimming with confidence and having the time of their life on the field :) ***Christina ask me to make some of my big toys, Tekno toy size! Meet Umbra! Our DDT DOGGO of the MONTH. Name - Umbra
Owner/ trainer - Tiffany
Breed - Mix
Age - Two Years
Sports - Agility, disc, FastCat
Awards - Umbra has his CGC, Advanced Trick Dog, BCAT, and SSB.
Favorite Dog Dreams Toy - Umbra came to me with very low toy drive. I struggled to find something he would engage and play with. I worked with Sherry and we crafted the perfect "Faux Fur Stick Toy with Bungee" tug. Soft and fuzzy on the outside and buffalo and squeakers on the inside. It was a huge hit! Umbra LOVES it. It was one of the first toys he ever ran after and tugged with. We use it to help with tight turns and powering out of jumps in agility, as well as drive building.
I didn't realize how enjoyable it was to create tugs. Picking colors, textures, sizes and then crafting the right tug for your goals. Sherry is amazing to work with. I came to her with the goal to get Umbra tugging and we worked together and produced perfection. Doggo

*Favorite Dog Dreams Toy - There isn't a DDT that Pulse doesn't like. If I had to name a favorite, I would pick the bunny braids. They are the perfect size to reward her during agility practice. She also loves her bunny bungee braid. She loves chasing it as much as she loves tugging with it. Every time she sees one of her tugs she starts jumping in the air with excitement.
I personally had fun designing the tugs and picking the perfect colors for my pups! You can see more of beautiful Pulse and her family at instagram handle.
