Rescuers Without Borders
Please tell the world about Max.
He's been looking for his furever home since 2018.
Hi there! It's me Max, the longest boarding resident of RWB. They saved me in April of 2018! I spent months in the clinic and since then I have lived in boarding 😔.
I'm not sure why nobody has picked me yet as a foster or a forever home. I'm a good boy but I have a few quirks. Sometimes I just dont care for other male dogs. But please dont think I'm mean because of that. You see, I was always picked on by BIG male dogs at the dump. Because of this, I'm a bit afraid and I only know to growl and be pushy towards some of them. I taught myself that in order to survive the landfill.
I love to play with the girls here at boarding and sometimes, I even am around the boys. I guess you can say I'm a bit "dog selective". I also have a bit of a problem holding my p*e. But I'm on medicine for it and I promise I dont do it out of spite, it's just a medical condition.
I know it probably sounds like I'm a lot to handle, but really I'm not. I love running, playing, and just lounging around. The RWB ladies are hoping that someone out there will love me for who I am. They think I'm perfect and I love them for taking good care of me for so long now.
Max is imperfectly perfect and us ladies at RWB adore him and his little quirks. We sure hope that he finds a home! If you would like additional information on Max, please email [email protected]
He deserves a chance! 🙏
