Let's talk about headshots! I don't always think they are a bad idea. In the scenario they can be ethical, but they are never good for keeping a skull intact.

Many different organizations collar wolves for various reasons. All of them have a larger intention of expanding our understanding of wolf ecology.

These wolves all came from a collaring project conducted here in AK. They all died of natural causes. Mortality stats for wolves are not fun if you're a wolf.

Additionally the first wolf just had bad dental upkeep.
