Athena 11 year old Quarter Horse cross

Available for adoption! Athena is an exceptionally athletic 15 hand mare who is looking for her forever home. This mare has it all chrome, personality and could go any direction. She will get you noticed no matter what direction you take her.English, Western and I would bet she would even do well at barrels. Athena is the first to meet you at the gate loves attention. She lunges leads loads ties and good with her feet. She gets along well in the herd is at the top of the pecking order. Athena's only draw back is she is cold backed when you start her back up in the spring. She needs to be lunged and have consistent ground work for the first week before you saddle her. We rode her all summer and didn't have any problems but again we discovered she was cold backed and put the time in on the ground before riding her. Athena is best suited for an advanced horse person at this time. She is available under contract. UTD on vaccinations de-worming and recently trimmed. Please message with any questions. Thank you
