River City Kitty TNR Dedicated to humanely reducing the # of stray cats living around businesses in VB via spay/neuter. River City Kitty TNR is a local group in Vicksburg, MS.

Our goal is to trap, neuter and return feral cats in our area. We hope to lessen the amount of unwanted kittens being born in Vicksburg. We are always in need of volunteers to trap and feed local cats. We are also in need of fosters for friendly/ non-feral cats and kittens in our area. We are hoping to take some of the load off our local shelters that are overwhelmed with cats and kittens througho

Sweet little Blueberry (top) was only six months old when she delivered her first litter of kittens in the pallets behind a local business. That means she was only four months old when she got pregnant đź’”. Two of these babies, Blackberry (l) and Raspberry (r) were also trapped. All three have been fixed and are rocking their tipped ears. Blackberry is a little boy and Raspberry is a little girl. That means potentially hundreds of homeless kittens won't be born into a brutal environment that includes a pack of cat killing dogs. All of this is only possible because of our generous donors. Thank you !!

We are in process of planning the 6th Annual Reindeer Run. All proceeds go towards the animals that Paws Rescue helps. We could not do what we do without this fundraiser. Please help us continue to help the much deserved animals in our community buy donating and participating. We hope to see you there on 12/7/24!

We’re going to be getting this beauty to the vets soon for her spaying but before we do we need to line up her safe, forever home. Her story is told in the video. It would be wrong to return her to her colony because she’s just too tame. There will be an adoption fee of $85 to cover her surgery. PM us if you’d like to bring this sweetie home.

My little foster babies are still looking for their forever homes. They’ve had their shots and I will help with the cost of getting them spayed as soon as they’re old enough.

This little baby’s name is Marcus. He was rescued in Marcus Bottom. He’s 6-7 weeks old. He’s basically pretty healthy with exception of being a little wormy but he’s getting treated and will be ready for a forever home soon. Please consider giving this beautiful little seal-point tabby boy a home. PM us if interested. Vet references requested.

For those of you who remember Josie and her babies ( caught at a local business) the news is nothing but wonderful 🥰. Josie is in her new home and doing great. Her kittens all have new homes that they’ll be going to this week 🥰🥰🥰! This video of them playing makes all of the work to catch them worth it!

UPDATE: Happy to report that Josie and all three of her babies have new homes 🥰. This sweet little girl is Josie. Right now she’s living with her kittens in the bushes by a business. As you’ll see in the video she’s a really friendly, affectionate little lady. We’ve made an appointment to have her spayed next week. Won’t you please consider adopting her? TNR usually means “trap, neuter, release” but we’d like this to be a “trap, neuter, rehome “❤️❤️. Adoption fee is $60 which covers the spaying and rabies shot. PM us if interested.
