Slow start yesterday but a mini bike and triceps workout at gym not to shabby. Ended day with banging game of squash, improving and determined to be the master 😅

Dog running service, early morning. £10-15 for a 30-60 minute run in Kennington OX1. I’m used to dogs, but please ensure he/she would be well suited to this. I currently intend to keep it to one dog at a time. If interested, please get in touch and we can discuss details. Thanks, Matt
