Hello Humboldt, so after two cancellations for the week of Thanksgiving i am sending out this to the general public, available for sits or stays and kitty care check ins from 11/21- 30. I have room for a couple new regulars as well for any of the above as some folks move away or fur babies cross the rainbow 🌈 bridge. Message me for more information or just general inquiries. Hi everyone, I haven't posted an update here in well over a year. We are strill going strong and pretty well booked out for summer, a few weekends here and there still open. Enjoy the change of seasons and get outside with your fur babies! They will thank you for it!

And just like that we have filled the gaps, We are full.
Not currently taking any new clients.
If you are a regular client and we have a hold -- you are good -- currently in my calendar and we will work out the details soon.
If you have not booked with me before I do have a couple referrals I can throw your way - no gaurantees, but I want to help if I can.
Not booking fall or winter yet. I need some time to breathe.

And as life brings changes I have some availability in June now-- 14-30th of June are available due to a trip cancelation for sits in my home or yours, hit me up - those open dates go quickly!

Working out some July dates--- will post what is available when it is all confirmed, August is almost full - again details of open availability soon.
September & October are full, Not booking November & December yet as I wait to hear on a few things for my other life as artist.

Hello Humboldt, wow - it's March already? How did that happen?!
I hope you are all finding time outside with your pets.
I have an update - March and April are full for Sits & Stays, some check - ins are possible dependant on dates. We have picked up a new walk client and are pretty solid with that at the moment.
Requests are coming in for Fall already so here are some options;
May 12- 24 are open for sits/stays no other dates in May available
June is booked and pending full -- should wrap up details in the next week. I will post if that changes.
July 13-20 are open for sits/stays no other July dates available
August will be filled once one pending sit is finalized
September 21- October 5 are available.
I will not be booking November and December until July as I await some pending travel for myself.

As always- cancelations/changes to itineraries happen So reach out if it is a short one and I may be able to fit it in. Thank you so much for all the support and referrals.
And kitty care check ins can almost always be accommodated.
Your pets are family and should be treated as such!

Hello Humboldt, we said we were ready for booking for 2022 and you heard the call! Currently February & March are full for sits and stays (sits in your home, stays in mine), April is Booked up till the 20th.
May is booked through the 10th, we won't work Memorial Day weekend if there is a Kinetic Race, and June is booked from the 8th through the end of the month. Some July & August dates are in the works...
We are still available for kitty care check ins and dog walks. Hit me up for a short stay or sit and I may be able to fit it in. And cancelations happen, so always ask.
We are honored and grateful to be able to help you with your pet care needs.

Hello Humboldt . we are now ready to start accepting new client bookings for 2022. Walks, check ins, kitty care, sits at your home or stays at mine. Current regulars get me your dates asap to hold calendar dates, if you contacted me about a sit this year and have not heard back from me on availability yet I will be following up on all those requests this upcoming week.
I appreciate all of you and am honorored to care for your fur babies and homes ( & sometimes not so furry babies).
I will be working on getting an availability calendar up here within the coming weeks to make the process a little easier for all of us.

Hello Humboldt, just a gentle reminder I am booked for the year, fully. My regulars and occasionals have claimed my time. Also, for those seeking bookings next year, I will be in contact late January for confirmations, current life events in my other hats have me slammed, but it's good things! Hello Humboldt, we are booked out for the rest of the year for sits and stays. That being said, cancellations do sometimes happen (F*$ COVID). so do feel free to ask, but we can accommodate check- ins for kitties and extra walks for dogs most weeks.
Thank you so much to my regular regulars, and my occasional regulars and my occasional clients, i do my best to build positive relationships with all your loved fur-babies and will continue to do so.

While I am not currently booking for 2022, I am taking hold requests, got a few already on the calendars, waiting to hear from a few things on my availability but if you have a planned trip or event with tickets for next year, shoot me those dates and we will go from there.
Keep your dogs exercized through the holidays and in the rain, they and your body will thank you for it!

Hello Humboldt! As we fall into fall a quick reminder that if you need a weekend sit or some kitty care check-in's, reptiles or koi that need tending, hit me up soon -- the major Holidays are taken since months ago with wait lists already in place, 2nd & 3rd week of December has some space, 2nd weekend in November is available as well, my house or yours- mutually agreed upon.
I currently have no room for any extra walks in October, early birds for November might get on my calendar.

Hello Humboldt, I have not checked in in a while as I was fully booked for sits and stays, still much on the calendar but a few plans changed and cancelled so there are a few options available if you need a pet/home sit - always room for more walk and check in clients. Hey humboldt -- I am pretty well booked out through October-- but a few weeks or blocks of days still available here and there- cancellations happen as well, send me a message with your requested dates and I will do my best- I have a week in mid July & last week of August currently open, due to a cancellation - some pending dates in September may or may not open up in a couple weeks as people wait to see if that thing they want to attend is even gonna happen. Stay safe, emerge at your own pace and comfort level. Ask me early for dates on Sits & Stays.

Hello Humboldt! As spring takes us on and vaccines are happening our calendar for sits and stays is full through early July! I cannot accommodate any new clients at the moment as I want to be able to accommodate my current regulars.
However if you have needs in July, August, September, October contact me ASAP as those are filling fast too. Somewhere in there I also need a vacation getaway at some point!

Happy Friday Humboldt! February has been a busy month with a handful of new regular walking clients - but i still have room for those occasional needs so don't hesitate to ask, we have quite a lot of requests for home & pet sits as well as stays at my home coming in through summer. Vaccines are getting distributed and people are planning travel again for the near future. We are still in it though and I want you to know I take very seriously my protocals for COVID in all situations.
If you are looking for a safe, professional experience with your beloved pets, contact me. As always I been flexible with cancellations because the world has been changing fast for the last year. Upcoming major holidays are almost completely booked. And I hope to travel again soon as I, like most of you have been cooped up in my home when not caring for pets.

Hey Humboldt, we are FULL for the month of February.
If this is a sign of the times, time to book your March needs!
Planning a staycation? Hiking in all those places your dogs can't go with you, I can get them out and exercised while you explore our area. Need a sit or stay? half of March is already requested, so get to me soon to schedule your getaway or camping trip help.

Hello Humboldt! This weeks weather has wreacked havoc on my calendar and many of the fur babies out there. I just picked up a few regular 2x's/weekly walk clients and could not be happier about all of them! Room for a few more regulars and always taking the occassional walk clients, rain or shine-- I have rain gear & suggest if you want rainy day walks the same for the dogs! (* I have alterred many of my clients doggie rain coats so they actually fit them well and do their intended purpose- so we can do that for you too within a few days usually.)
Bookings for Feb sits are filling up, if you think you need me contact me now to hold the dates!
March has a few requests already too...

Happy new year Humboldt County!
We survived 2020, after launching this as a licenced self employed small business early in the year with an excellent outlook by the bookings that poured in, then in March - everything changed as many of you were now unemployed or working from home and cancelled all your travel plans for the year no longer needing our services. Our remaining clients were the frontline workers and we thank you for your work and for keeping us going.
As vaccines are being distributed and some of you are soon able to travel again, or are transitioning to working away from home again we are still here in operation and have room for new clients/bookings. Walks, check in's, sits and stays and a few other services.
We are not a kennel, we only take on one household's pets at a time. They get 100% of our time and attention!
So contact us now to hold dates for your upcoming travel, or to start on a regular walking or check in schedule!
We have covid protocals for all situations. Contact us - let's talk!

hello Humboldt! With all the cancellations I have seen on my holiday calendar I am putting together a dog gift offer for your furbaby stocking to help get through the year.
Message me about details or to confirm an order.
One box of my delicious healthy and organic dog biscuits, and a handmade custom dog toy. Rates start @ 20 dollars and up.
Size of the dog will determin size of cookie box and toy. All toys have multiple textures and activity areas and a squeaker toy.
Order by December 5th for delivery by the 20th of December- delivery included in Eureka, small surcharge for out of town delivery, shipping is available as well.
Remember not all the traditional turkey dinner items are safe for your pets!

Hello Humboldt, as so many of you have cancelled your holiday travel, first thank you for that, secondly I have a lot of openings for sits & stays in December.
Here is an option - like this weeks clients, they cancelled their travel for Thanksgiving but decided to have a 1 week staycation without their furbabies.
If that is something you feel you might need, hit me up.
I can help with that. Booked this week, but open most of December.
Also for the holidays don't forget the dogs - I will have plenty of my delicious, healthy, local ingredients (mostly) dog treats available and some hand made dog toys. Keep your eyes posted for a special offer announced later in the week.

With recent surges in COVID nationally we have had another round of cancellations and are available for December sits/stays with your pets and home if you must travel. I have a protocal of no contact for your return and will discuss that with you when you book us. December holiday sits are available now.

Hi everybody, Thanksgiving week is booked, but lot's of other times in November are open for pet/home sitting, also availability for dog walks/cat check in's most days of the week.

Hi everyone, just a quick note if you are not already doing this for your fur babies going out in the smoke-filled outside air. After a walk or any outside time, it's a good idea to give them a sponge bath with baby wipes or wet wipes, just not the bleach kind. The amount of ash in the air that can stick to fur is astounding. And do your lungs a favor, double mask with a filter on your own face if you don't have an N95 handy when walking the dog.

Hi Humboldt, as summer begins to wane fall & winter travel plans are being made ( sort of) and requests are coming in for pet care & house/pet sits late summer and fall - if you are even thinking of traveling let us know - we will put you on our calendar with the knowledge that flexibility is necessary. Holidays are a little more strict with a non refundable deposit, but we work most holidays, so let us know your needs we can discuss all the things and make it work for you & your beloved pets.

Bookings for summer are slowly coming in. If you have travel plans grab me now to hold your spot on our calendar. Usually adjustable within a day or two.
We require a non refundable deposit For holiday weekends.
We did recently have to raise our rates a few dollars due to COVID and have lots of products and protocols to keep all the humans and pets safe. If you have a booking already the old rates still apply.

Hello Humboldt, as we are beginning to re-open and many of you are returning to work I just want to let you know we are still taking new clients for walks/check ins. We have open slots in multiple times throughout the day. We can do occasional or regularly scheduled walks, check ins, and yard clean up.
While house/pet sitting is one of our services we are being proactive in limiting the amount of exposure we have to people traveling.
That said if you have the need, please contact us and let's see how we can help.

Please feel free to share with your friends & neighbors that perhaps now have a quarantine fur baby that needs walks or check ins while you resume work again.

Hi everyone--- just a reminder we are not taking any home/pet sit bookings until further notice, but if are an essential worker & need pet services, walks, cat or other critter check ins, I am only taking on those clients with a strict protocal for entering & exiting the home space. Be safe & please pick up after your dogs, it's getting really bad out there folks, be courteous & kind to your community.

To all my clients old & new I am still taking walk / check in clients but am working with the local shelter to foster a dog while they are closed -so sits will be challenging but possible if for some reason you can/do travel.
