Planning a group walk Friday(16th) at 11am please message if you'd like to join 😃

Having a young puppy myself as well as being a dog walker I often find it is hard to find socialisation opportunities for our dogs in the area.

I thought about making a WhatsApp group and possibly leading to a regular dog walking group could benefit pups and older dogs alike.

This might not be weekly walks for everyone and it can be totally flexible but it's worth seeing if we can get a wee group going 😃

DOG WALKING
🐶🐾Summer seems not so far away now even if the weather doesn’t think so! My Calander is filling up both with animal care and other exiting things I have in the works, Lambing is coming up so I will be busy from the end of the month and following that the season will be in full swing.

Anyone interested in regular dog walking for the summer season please get in touch soon as I will have limited spaces left for this. Day time dog walks are my most popular service, I have created slots of availability and only have a couple left to fill so let me know asap if you’re needing any regular walks for your furry friends!

Pet Care Visits & One-off walks will be dependent on my availability each week so don't hesitate to get in touch if you have specific dates or are looking for something last minute!

🐾 Spaces for Dog walking available for if you aren't able to pull away from the festivities.

🐄 Livestock feeding and checks for those who are away visiting family or just need a helping hand.

😸 Pet home pop in's to make sure all you're pets needs are seen too when you are not around.

Just get in touch if you need pet care so you can relax and enjoy the festivities knowing you're Animals are taken good care of 😊

Also I am not offering 24hr/Live pet services for the time being.

Another one of our weekly walkies is Judy 🥰 She is a super wee pocket rocket full of excitement and energy and is always raring to go!

Judy is a Patterdale terrier x

Fun fact:
Patterdale terriers come from Cumbria in England, they have often served as a farmers friend being used to hunt rabbits, foxes and badgers (before badger hunting was made illegal) however the breed has even made it as far as the United States where they have been used to hunt groundhogs and racoons.

So much fun, puppy sitting with the wonderful Tam last week! Think I've made a new friend, and fallen in love with Deerhounds.

Fun fact:
The Scottish deerhound has a fascinating history, definitive evidence of the breed can be found in the 16th century. Through the ages deerhounds have been considered an elite animal and has come close to extinction as only those of high status were allowed to own them.

Nothing like shifting wonderful Highland cows about to get you motivated for the day.

Fun Fact: Highland Cows can come in a variety of colours, traditionally they were mostly black however Victorians preferred the ginger colouring and selectively bred them for this characteristic, now brown and ginger cows are more common than black.
