If you want to work (or play) with two dogs together but doing separate things - this takes a lot of work. But it’s a good extension to impulse control training if you have more than one dog and if working with your dogs it’s really useful anyway. Morwen the liver and white Springer is the young dog here and we are now managing this off lead with some distraction built in. This was hard for her and as you can see I didn’t have her full attention as she could see the 5 other dogs playing around her. So I gave her a quick reminder of what I wanted her to do before she had chance to think about following Aredhel. She was such a good girl to resist all the temptations around her whilst we were out on a walk.
