I know most people are excited for their colorful basket of eggs, but we are just over here celebrating a white egg because that means our 3rd round of chicks is starting to lay and we’ve never gotten a white egg from our yard before!

I built my first of 2 Greenstalks! I’m hoping to get the other one built and filled soon and then get them planted !

I got two of these on sale for Mother’s Day and finally got the time to build one up. I will get the second one built soon and get them planted up.

A few years ago we had this amazing tree that shaded some of the yard. It slowly died and the kids outgrew their pallet fort. After a few months of daily attention, this area of our yard has turned into a mostly orderly space to grow snacks for our family. The goal is more food, but for now, we are enjoying snacks from the yard.
