Newfie’s were bred to make ocean rescues from helicopter drops, to save humans. I wanted to see if it’s instinctual in our dog. I told holten to pretend to drown. Koda instantly noticed and saved him, I’m still in so much awe!

When you add a Newfie to your family, don’t forget they are a lazy breed. When they tell you this, they aren’t kidding. Everest laid down on the snow banking every ten feet and our walk was SO short we could still see the house 😂😂

We just had our first grooming! Koda Bear was falling asleep during brushing and Everest was biting the brush and the air from the dryer 😂😂
