I can say for sure, without a doubt this was my hardest FTA drop off ever. However, Ms. Yada said, “you can go now. I’m good”. 🤦‍♀️ She is with an amazing family and I couldn’t be happier for her!

Hi everyone! I haven’t posted in a while but just wanted to pop in and give a little update. I’ve lost 2 of my personal dogs since March so it’s been a rough few months. Autumn found her furever home! Yay! And Yada is still with me. She just recently became available for adoption so hopefully she will find her home very soon!

Yada has been with me for a little over a month. When she first came to me she would cower in the corner of her crate whenever I would walk up to let her out. I would have to leave the gate open and walk away before she would come out. This went on for a couple of weeks. This is how she greets me now. This is why I do what I do. This is the reward for fostering. This is what makes my heart full. ❤️❤️

This may seem like a very boring video but it’s probably one of my favorites. Emmy had extreme anxiety when she came to me and I do mean extreme. She would nearly hyperventilate in the crate leaving pools of drool. She cried and whimpered if she wasn’t stuck to me like glue. And all of this while taking trazodone twice a day. I never knew how much patience I had until this girl. A lot of reassurance, encouragement and tough love and here we are today. Also, weaning off of trazodone and we are at 1 1/2 day getting ready to go to 1 a day after the weekend. So enjoy this vid of a calm girl and her yak cheese. ❤️❤️
