Riley's RUFF Cuts is a full service luxury salon located in Grand Coulee. Our "Bath Package" includes a bath in luxury shampoo using our high end bathing system known for exfoliating the skin, followed by a nourishing keratin conditioner to revitalize the health of your pets coat. This is then followed by a complimentary deshed specialized to your breed of pet. Ear cleaning, a**l gland expression,
and nail trimming are also included in this package. Our "Clipper Groom Package" includes everything above with a full body hair cut to suit your breed of pet or your specifications. We also have a "Face, Feet, and F***y" option with includes everything in our "Bath Package" with a sanitary trim, feet trim, and face trim if you are trying to grow out the length of your pets coat. We also have appointments available for "Add On" services which include ear cleaning, nail trims, and a**l gland expression priced individually. Keep an eye out on our social media pages for walk up availability for these services. Our "Specialized" services include nail painting and custom creative coat coloring. Hello everyone this is a mass message from Riley with RileysRuffCuts.
Unfortunately we will be down to one groomer effective immediately.
Some appointments will need to be changed to accommodate the lack of staff. We will try to not drop any clients if at all possible.
If an appointment needs moved, you will get a text with the new date and or time. Unfortunately, if the new date does not work we most likely will not be able to reschedule due to the volume of clients we currently have.
All appointments between MARCH 25th-JUNE 1st will be canceled without the option to reschedule. During this period I highly recommend Platinum Paws in Omak. She is a skilled groomer and friend of mine and has kindly agreed to take my clients while im off for maternity leave. I will happily send her the grooming notes for your pet.

Please note we do only have a few small bath openings while Riley is out for maternity leave April-May and June only has a few small spots left! We do have availiablity the rest of the year but will not be able to take many more clients during those three months.

I have just sent out this mass text to all current clients:
"Hello! This is a mass text from RileysRuffCuts grooming! We are officially scheduling for next year! Please reply with how often you would like your pet groomed for next year (for example every 6-8 weeks). We can schedule as-we-go, but there is no guarantee we will have availability. Therefore we recommend booking in advance if possible. Riley will be off April/May for maternity leave so availability in those months is limited. If you would like to be removed from our client list please reply "remove". Thank you!"

Hello everyone!
In regards to the new canine illness that has been confirmed in Washington state we have a few precautions we will be taking.
-We will be very thoroughly sanitizing our salon between dogs.
-We ask dogs are promptly picked up when their groom is completed.
-We will not be offering water while the dogs are in our care.
-All dogs MUST BE UP TO DATE ON VACCINES. If they are not or you are not sure please reach out to reschedule their appointment.
-All dogs MUST be symptom free. (Coughing, runny nose or eyes, sneezing, general lethargy)
-No dogs will be allowed in the salon if they have been boarded within 14 days.
Please note we always limit dog contact in our salon but we are in a small building and do the best we can. If you are concerned for any reason please reach out and we can reschedule/cancel your appointment. Thank you and stay safe!
