Please call us if you know that you are going to be late for your appointment. We will do everything we can to still be able to give you the service you have booked, however if you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to complete your service and still be on time for our next Pet. If so we will need to reschedule your appointment and it will be considered a late-cancel and subject to cancellation.

Also to ensure this is reaching as many clients as possible we will be doing a valentines give away! Share this post then comment done on the original post and you will be entered to win your dog a valentines basket of goodies!❤️

I’m back! Get your summer cuts scheduled quickly, as my appointments are filling up fast after my return from maternity leave. When booking, please arrive on time, as I have set aside specific time slots. Notify me in advance if you are running late, as I allow a 15-20 minute flexibility. If you exceed that, you will need to reschedule to avoid disrupting other appointments. Have a great summer!
