This is Mackie Meyer Cmoh. He is the main breeding stud at Soap Creek Stables. He will guarantee a roan foal. He is 89.26% foundation quarter horse. He is broke to ride and has a great disposition that he passes on to his babies along with a lot of big bone. Pictured with him are his first 3 foals of 2021 and the last c**t we have from 2020 that we love.

Two great rides with two amazing studs. Mackie on the right is our main breeding stud but Lucky on the left might get a taste of breeding this spring if he gets “Lucky”. Proud of these two. We will have 10 c**ts out of Mackie hitting the ground this spring. Can’t wait.

Arena Rental Fees for Non-boarders- Arena hours are from 8:00am-8:00pm, unless private rental time.

**One Time Day usage-$20/day for one rider and one horse. An extra $10 for each additional rider or horse. All riders must sign a waiver before getting horse off trailer. You would be sharing the arena with other riders.

**Monthly Arena Rental-$100 for monthly rental for one rider and one horse. An additional $10 will be added for each additional rider or horses brought. Access to arena for the month during open hours unless the arena is privately rented for a time slot which will be on the calendar in the tack room. You may share the arena with other riders. A waiver will be signed before your first ride.

**Private arena rental- you will be the only rider/horse in the arena during your reserved time slot. $40/hour for one rider and one horse. Additional $10 for each additional rider or additional horse in the arena that you bring. Waiver will need signed before unloading horse.

**Group Rides-Please contact us for pricing if you have a group that wants to use the arena.

Soap Creek Stables currently has openings for full care boarding and arena rental times available. Barn is located 40 minutes south of Lincoln on 155 acres of grassland. 32 stall barn with shared paddocks for daily turnouts. 120'x60' indoor riding arena that is included with indoor boarding fees. Arena will be open for use to all indoor boarders from 8:00am-8:00pm unless the arena is rented privately, this will be posted on a calendar in the tack room.

Boarding Options Available:
**Stall Boarding-horses would be stalled overnight. Horses will be fed grass hay or alfalfa and given grain if so desired while in their stalls so they don't have competition while eating. They will be fed twice daily with stalls being picked once the horses are turned out in the morning. They are turned out into large paddocks during the day which they will share with other horses.
**Paddock Boarding-horses would be kept out in paddocks and would have access to round bales 24 hours/day. Will be boarded with other horses. These horses will not have the option of having daily grain.
