Belgian D'Uccle Gold Millefleur pen has produced its first batch of chicks...super excited and super cute... The Belgian D'Uccle Blue pen continues to produce show quality birds, as with the Dutch Bantam in both the gold and Yellow varieties. Pekins are off to a slow start again, but slowly improving with some gorgeous coloured chicks coming through the ranks. The Silkies pen is producing mostly whites, with the Double White Factor of the rooster over-ruling the colour genetics of the mixed coloured hens. Trying to source a decent Coloured Silkie Rooster, to re-introduce the mixed coloured option for our breeding stock. We will maintain the Whites as a separate option, as whites are stunning regardless. We have Naked Necks and Polish now on top of the good selection of bantam breeds to give more variety than what you would normally find at a breeder. These two breeds come under the "Ornamental" side of things, as not bantam breeds. We do focus on quality, rather than quantity. In saying that, we do have a good variety of chicks available atm (still needing heat). Will be old enough to be off heat in a couple of weeks (if summer ever arrives properly...lol)... Polish and White Silkie Pullets are also now available....
