Sunset walk and evening care for the second time. This cockerpoo gained confidence exploring the surroundings and chasing treats rolled across the floor. Enrichment activity was sniffing out pieces of kibble rolled up in a towel.

Satur-dogs:
Two pop in visits to feed breakfast & provide enrichment for a pair of older sisters. Two solo waggy walks, with two other furry clients, in different locations.
Sunday: new client meet & greet.
PM: washing all the dog beds, mats & towels then cleansing the machine!

Walk in a nature reserve. Dogs kept on leads & out of ponds due to frogspawn growing areas. Plenty of wild scents yet dogs chose to stay on the boardwalk. Perhaps they preferreed less marshy sinking-in paws. Even the sun made an appearance

Quick jaunt around the not-supposed-to-be-this-marshy field. My walking boots decided not to be fully waterproof. Dogs had fun rolling around in the muddy water up to their shoulders.

It was the first walk i forgot to bring any treats! I feared this gentle soul might not want to walk without tasty motivators. As it turned out, none were needed. I have worked with this dog for a while and she happily led the way of her preferred route. Lots of checking in/eye contact and this is a new no-longer-reliant-on-treats-chapter for our walks together.

Stunning explore today. We did a two hour adventure walk including chasing, digging, ice sliding, running, sniffing the air, running in circles (spaniel specialty) and admiring the beautiful winter colours (that bit was me)
