It's been a great week off from grooming, But now it's time to get back to seeing my fur clients!

New Changes are coming to PPG Starting in JUNE.
Please take note that this is not personal and is a must need Business change that need to take place. After 4 years of grooming, I need to make some harsh decisions to continue to be able to serve my clients to my fullest potential.
1. Price increases, due to rise in product cost unfortunately. All prices will increase by $10.00.

--Small dogs 3-25lbs (Small dog's that I have left on my roster)

--Medium Dog's 30-50lbs

--XL-XXL Dog's 90-180lbs

--Nail Trims, Feet shaving, Face tidy up's,

2. I will now be placing a policy on no shows, late drop off and late pick up, less then 24hr Cancelation fees.
-No Show Fees are 50% of the cost of full grooming services. you'll need to pay this fee before you can reschedule another appointment for Grooming Service's if you miss an appointment. If you no show 3 time's even with paying the no show fee, I'll have to Drop you as a client. My time is super limited and i need to be able to help other clients who want to be on my regular grooming books.
-Late Drop Off fee's will be $10.00 for every 10mins you are late from the time of your grooming schedule. this also may result in a cancel on my behalf to keep my grooming day going smoothly. (I'll make the discretional call at the time) (This means if you are scheduled for an 8am and don't arrive tell 8:10, I'll charge you, even if you text me that you are running late. I need to stay on schedule to keep my clients schedule flowing smoothly.
-Late Pick-up fee's will be $10.00 for every 15mins of being late of time of text. I send out a ("can head this way when I am 15mins of being finished with the grooming") As I do 1 on 1 grooming's and don't have kennels to keep, your dogs until you decide you want to come get them.) exception is if you talk to me a head of time and make arrangements to have your dog stay extra time, this does not mean stay all day, as I am not also a daycare dog center.
-Client Last Minute Cancelations that are less then 24hrs notice, there will be a 50% fee, total cost of groom. This will need to be paid before you are allowed to make another grooming schedule appointment. (This means if the client cancels).
-If I the groomer needs to cancel last minute, there will be no charge, this also mean if the groomer needs to move your appointment to another day as well.
4. Payment is due Immediately upon pick up, this means when you come to get your pup, please be ready to pay at the time of service. I cannot allow " I'll pay you when I get home or can I pay you tomorrow, it is not my job to keep hounding clients to remember to pay for grooming Service's I've had too much trouble with this issue unfortunately.
5. Grooming Appointment Scheduling. Please TEXT ME, As I do not have time to check voice mails every day, I honestly rarely even check voice mails.
6. Facebook updates, I try my best to do Facebook memo's when I am either booked out for a while, weather situations (winter conditions (extreme snow conditions) Summer heat conditions (my room gets very hot when the outside temps hit the 70's, and I don't take the chance of myself or dogs over heating in my room, as I do not have air conditioning.)

We have a small helper today. Jade decided she wanted to check out what's going on in the groom room between dogs.
Jack says" I'd like to inform all hair dog owners that it's dog hair snow shedding season."
Puppies will be ready for there forever homes May 1st. Both parents on site. (Only litter mom will have, and last litter Father will have)
They will come with there 1 and 2nd shots and micro chip.
There is a no refund hold deposit of $150.00
Rehome fee is $600.00

Phoenix welcomed 5 beautiful puppies this morning, from 2:45am to 9am. She has a vet appointment tomorrow for a wellness check on her and the pups.

As many of you know, I am not just a groomer, I'm also a plow truck driver. So, when we get huge storms like this, I'm always in a plow truck. when weather is this bad, I don't like to risk my clients getting hurt or stuck to where they can't get to their appointments or aren't able to pick their fur babies up, this is why at times I override client's decision for their own safety, not because I don't want to do their dog on their scheduled appointment. I'd rather risks my own safety and be in the plow trucks helping clear where we can so all of you can stay safe on the roads.
We all plow truck drivers thank you for your understanding thru these difficult snowstorms we are going thru, and to stay off roads as much as possible.
I owner, of PPG also want to thank all of my clients thru this time as well, I sure do miss the fur kids, and I can't wait to be back in the office and see you all soon!
