Always great to see my good friend Limbani at Zoological Wildlife Foundation! Limbani is a 5 year old chimpanzee that was raised by humans from birth after his mother rejected him. Limbani was born with pneumonia was very sick. In nature it is common for animal mothers to reject or abandon sick offspring to ensure the survival of the others. Limbani now is a healthy and happy chimp who enjoys, painting, long walks, and climbing trees.
