What better way than your pet to enjoy the warm comforts of home on these cold days. Eva and Maggie have been testing out some of the new products available. Comfy beds and toys galore at Beyond The Claw shop. Maggie has started being fed in her raised bowl. Did you know cats prefer to have their bowls elevated? It's less irritation for their whiskers and they do not have to bend so far down to eat. Another fun fact if you use a litter tray make sure you have atleast 2 if not 3 different ones for your Cat to choose where to toilet. Multi cat households need one for each and atleast a spare. This will make for a happier felines and less accidents of inappropriate toileting. Here's a few products that are stocked with prices below.

Two happy dogs after their run around today. Did you know Beyond The Claw offers dog walking. There is space for one to two dogs on a Monday and Thursday morning if anyone is interested. I can pick up and drop off. I also offer a half day of doggie care if you want a walk and doggie day care. Dogs must be good with other dogs and ok with cats.

Their bags are packed (they came with their own suitcase 🤩)and ready to go. We have had the best five days hanging out at Beyond The Claw. Going to miss their wee faces but will see them soon for their next groom. Buddy and Ryder are one of my original clients. Their mum has supported my little business in so many ways. Can't wait to have them back again 🥰 I had to add the picture of my dad seen as they stole his nap spot he stole theirs 🤣

Luna the kitty came in for a winter tidy up yesterday, we had enough fur to make another Luna.

Flynn had his first groom with me today. Big thanks to Flynns mum for helping me with him credits to her for his paws and face. Can you believe he's only 7 months old!!

Due to sad circumstances Indy is in need of a new home. Posting on behalf of owner.

Indy, the 11 year old cat, is a chinchilla x with Scottish something x. Desexed and chipped. Vacced I'll have to check. She needs a solo home as is old and wouldn't cope with another cat. She's all healthy. Went to the vets not long ago. Loves a belly rub. Good with kids, but as old likes her space. Indy eats Purina one as she likes it. The mature brand.

Due to sad circumstances I am posting this for someone who needs some help in finding her dog and cat a new home.

Riggs. 9 years old. Desexed and microchipped. Completely deaf but knows sign language for come here, wait and stop it or no. Would really only suit a home without other dogs. Has lead aggression. But just with us. Fine at the groomers and around other dogs when not with owners. He just likes being on his own. Sleeping the day away and being next to you. He snores. He has recently woken up a lot crying. But hasn't been that way for a while. Vet thinks he may have dementia. All blood and checks say he is healthy. A weighted vest will do him well. Needs groomed every 6-8 weeks. He will need to be with someone who is home a lot and likes him sleeping with you ideally.

Ryder (Cav) and Buddy (x breed) have been with me since I opened, they are coming to stay next month while their family are away on holidays. Buddy waits patiently while his brother get his groom 🥰 He's grown in confidence so much since I met him. Always a pleasure having them. Thanks to their mum who has always been such a big support of Beyond The Claw.

(Doggie Holiday Stay)
I am pleased to announce after some enquires from clients about this service that I have decided to start offering this. The dogs already know my property and get along with my own dogs fantastically. Prices are a flat rate of $30 a night regardless of size.

(Dog Walking)

Half an hour $20.00
Hour $35.00

Ideally would look at grouping social dogs in similar areas and could look at a reduced rate for this if your dog was walked with another one or two depending.

We have been busy at Beyond The Claw moving house!! Good news is the new location is only 2 doors down :) Grooms are now fully booked out until next year. There may be the exception for a bath and dry If needed. Looking forward to seeing you all before Christmas 🥰

I am back from the USA and straight back into grooming. As with everything costs are going up for every product and service around. I have decided as of this month most grooming services will rise by $5.00. I tried to let people know personally before I went away but didn't catch everyone. How cute are Louie and Stanley 😍 Such beautiful and pleasant boys in today for their bath and dry. You wouldn't believe how much black fur was around the groom room once I was done! Like many short haired breeds Labradors get huge benefits from a bath and dry. It helps to cleanse their skin and blow out all of that dead coat that is left behind in your house. Looking forward to seeing them again after the USA.

Only 10 days till I leave for Texas super excited to have some much needed time away. Oaks bored of all the talk about it. So this weekend and a few other spots, I invite all my clients and friends of clients to a doggy wash weekend. This will be by appointment only and only $20 for a bath and dry of any breed.

We could almost make a mini Milo out of the fur that was brushed out from Milo. Keeping your cat brushed can help reduce fur balls and limit matting. Milo did so amazing and wad a good boy the whole time ❤️

I got to visit these cuties last weekend 😍 Their dad is a Blue Merle Border Collie and their mum is a Chocolate and White Border Collie. Their colours are amazing. Very exciting to watch them grow and eventually go to new homes. Looking for the best of homes if anyone is interested.

Chloe came in to be shaved after starting to get a few matts after some adventures she had been on. I have never met a cat who would let me shave her whole body and barely make a fuss. She is a star 🌟
