Hombre peligroso, maltratador de perros... Circula en furgoneta y se lleva perros callejeros...

There has been a WARNING FOR THIS MAN:
Kris Govaert, 56 or 57 years old, from Belgium (probably near Roeselare) has been accused of abusing female dogs which are killed afterwards.
His modus operandi is said to be as follows: he adopts dogs from shelters, abuses them, films their suffering and puts the material online. The below video was found by one of the shelters whose dog he took.
At the moment he is thought to be active in Spain (reportedly early January 2025 he has visited various shelters around Granada and Cordoba looking for a German shepherd). Before he has been visiting shelters in Portugal but may continue to other European countries.
The female dog in the photo is Alita, he took her from a Portuguese shelter in November 2024. Alita is thought to be death now
Krist Govaert is said to drive and seems to live in a small campervan and is trained in karate (https://www.nieuwsblad.be/cnt/dmf20120831_00278265)
He has been reported to become very aggressive if shelters do not permit him to take their dogs.
The attached photo of the face is said to be of January 2025, the one in the karate uniform from 2012 and the photos are recognised by the Portuguese shelter from where this dog was adopted.

Alguien reconoce esta perrita? Fue encontrada en la zona del Sabinal en Alora...
La llevarán al veterinario el lunes para comprobar si tiene chip, pero si tenemos suerte, podría volver a su casa mañana!

🆘🆘🆘Deze lieverd is gister bij ons gekomen. Hij heeft een niet geregistreerde Spaanse chip. Wij zijn nu de overige databases in Spanje en Europa aan het nakijken en zullen proberen om uit te zoeken welke dierenarts de chip heeft gezet om zo het baasje te vinden. Ben jij of ken je de eigenaar neem dan contact op via WhatsApp. De eigenaar moet bewijs tonen zoals paspoort en foto's, de hond is gister bij de dierenarts geweest voor inentingen, parasieten behandeling en wordt behandeld voor een huidprobleem. Kosten zullen voor rekening zijn van de eigenaar.

Ahora estamos revisando otras bases de datos de España y Europa e intentaremos averiguar qué veterinario insertó el chip para poder encontrar al propietario. Si eres o conoces al propietario, por favor contáctanos vía WhatsApp.El propietario debe mostrar prueba como pasaporte y fotografías. El perro fue ayer al veterinario para vacunas, desparasitaciones y está siendo tratado por un problema de piel. Los costes correrán a cargo del propietario.
