Happy 4th birthday 🥳 to the litter who made Gracie a momma (and Jedi a poppa). We miss puppies, but we love seeing these dogs live their best lives with their families.

We got to dog sit for a grown up pup. We teased Gracie all week saying things like, "Tell your son the rules of the house." It was fun for everyone. My kids miss having him to cuddle. He sure did miss his people. I love how well loved he is!

I 100% would prefer it not to have happened, but there was at least amusing aftermath. Gracie is not a chewer unless leather is involved. I did not think about that when O picked out new shoes. He left them by the front door. She found them. 😭 I sent her to my room (they have a bed in there but will not lay on it if they know they are in trouble). Jedi went in and sat with her. My kids comfort each other in their consequences, so I thought it was adorable that he wanted to go be near her while she was "in trouble." He gets in trouble more than she does and she does not go sit with him. It's sweet that he treats her how he wants to be treated. ❤️

We had the most unexpected blessing this morning when Razzie's mom asked if we would like her to drop by since she was nearby. Yes!!! Joy and laughter for everyone! We are so happy to see these pups growing and living their best lives with loving families. Razzie was happy to get a few extra belly rubs.

We still have some puppies waiting for pick up, but the babies all have loving homes where they can live their best life.

On Saturday these two made a "love match." The owner will not pick up her new little love until Friday, but she came to enjoy a lunch break cuddle and her girl was happy to rest on her new momma. It warmed my heart.

This blond buddy is the "last man standing." I mean it's tempting to keep him, but Josh says we are a two dog family, and I am not giving up Jedi or Gracie - not even to the cute little girl who came to look at pups and said she wanted Jedi when asked by her mom what dog they should get. 😂😂😂

The one we named Apollo (blond boy) reminds me of Luke from the 2020 litter. I think it's largely, because of how they sleep, but they have similar ways of taking in the world as well. Even their markings are similar - just a different color ink.
