The dog paw prints 🥰🥰🥰 This is incredible!

Even with all the remarkable examples of embroidery work I have seen myself and shared with all of you, I still sometimes find myself with my breath short because of the beauty and skill of a piece.
This artwork is called “Stepping On Fresh Snow”. It was created 2021 by Japanese embroidery artist Narumi Takada
The snow is rendered so well you can practically feel its texture. It was created using a punch needle and cut loops. The footprints have been precisely rendered in straight stitch and satin stitch.
I grew up in western Pennsylvania. I can call to mind exactly what sound my booted feet would make walking through snow of this texture. This is part of what makes art and apparel so amazing, it’s ability to evoke both thought and emotion within us.

Happy Gotcha Day! She was completely tuckered out after a long day of driving to her new home, going to Petco to pick her toys and collar, bed, food, etc., and meeting my parents… but I am honored to introduce the newest member of our little clan, Darcy! So far she has been great, very energetic and of course she has been exploring her new home for the last couple of hours. She is very smart and has picked up “no,” “potty,” and “sit” as much as a little puppy can. So cute! It will be an adjustment to actually having real responsibility besides geckos!

If Crested Geckos were venomous I would be dead! Anyone need a firecracker of a female RTB jerk gecko? She is light yellow when fully fired and has dalmatian spots. Perfect for a yellow dal project or a pet home where she is a look-don’t-touch pet. She also has a honker of a big head. But she bites and won’t let go! Her name is Kruger (after the abstract expressionist artist Barbara Kruger) but she has officially become Krueger (Freddy) now! Anyway if anyone needs this little s**t in their life, please message me or comment! 😂💜🔪🔪

Bulk sale of Crested Geckos .. lots of different stuff going on from red phantoms, red/cream, red tris, lavender tris, dark based tris, yellow dals, patterned dals, brindle dals, lavender/cream, harlequins, flames, and a handful of possible softscales. I need to move close to 35 geckos. $2,500 or best offer. This would make a great starter for someone interested in breeding, as well as plenty of geckos to trade for even better higher end geckos or different species altogether. I just simply cannot handle this amount of geckos right now and I really need to put my focus into bettering my health and looking forward to getting a service dog. Please message me if you are interested or tag friends/share. I’m pretty desperate and NEED to move these along! I still plan on keeping a few as pets but I doubt I’ll be breeding anymore.
