🚨 FINAL PLEA – HANK NEEDS A HOME IMMEDIATELY 🚨

This is not a post we ever want to make — but it’s one we have to make.

Hank was adopted… and has now been returned. 💔
And the reality is this: if Hank does not find a home or rescue by the end of this week, he will be euthanized.

Hank has spent 196 days in a kennel.
196 days of concrete floors, constant noise, and no place to decompress. He is not aggressive. He is not mean. He is simply worn down mentally and emotionally from long-term shelter life — and we are seeing it.

Keeping him here any longer is no longer humane.

About Hank:
🤍 Senior boy with a gentle soul
🛋 Loves couches, quiet companionship, and belly rubs
🚫 Needs a calm home — no young kids and minimal chaos
✅ Neutered and ready to go
💲 Adoption fee: Free (We just want him to go to a good home)

Hank does best in a peaceful environment with someone who understands senior dogs and is willing to give him patience and grace as he settles in. He is not a “project dog.” He just needs peace.

Please understand — this decision is not made lightly. But our responsibility is to do what is kindest for the animal, and prolonged kennel life is no longer kind for Hank.

If you cannot help directly, please share. Hank’s life truly depends on it.

He deserves love in his final chapter — not a kennel and not fear. 🐾💔

🐾✨ Brushing Your Pet the RIGHT Way! ✨🐾

Did you know… not all pets get brushed the same way? 😲💡 Brushing isn’t just about looking good—it keeps your fur-baby healthy, happy, and comfy! 🐶🐱💖

🐕 Dogs

Short-haired pups: Soft brush or grooming mitt 🖐️, brush with the hair, 1–2x/week.

Long-haired pups: Slicker brush & comb 🪮, section the coat, gentle detangling 🌀, daily or every other day.

Curly/dense coats: Pin brush, gentle strokes ✨, pro grooming every 4–6 weeks 🐩✂️.

🐈 Cats

Soft bristle or rubber brush 🖐️, long-haired cats need a wide-toothed comb 🪮.

Brush with the hair 🌀, be gentle on sensitive areas 🐾.

Short-haired cats: 1–2x/week 🐾, Long-haired cats: DAILY 🐱💖
