So many dogs being relinquished. How much has your pet food risen? My monthly Chewy bill for SOME of my dogs food and my moms kitties is over $500 up SIGNIFICANTLY from a year ago.

For those that scoff at what I do I.e. pedaling crap no one wants, please be kind.

We are all just walking each other home.

The biggest fundraiser donor is in FB jail for 30 days. He had a rough day today. His birthday cookies from Boef Creations aka are still in Arkansas. I guess it’s a good thing Rocky isn’t a 7 year old child huh?

My friend Sarah Sammons makes these amazing cookies. On 3/31 the end of Rocky's birthday month, Rocky and I will draw a name from everyone that contributes and they will get to contact Sarah and arrange for a dozen of her wonderful cookies for an occasion of their choice on us.

You'll get to see some of her work here since she is busily making both pup cookies and human cookies for his birthday now having graciously honored us to do them for us to bring to his vet family here in town.

Today is Rocky's Gotcha Day and I wanted to put something together to give back as we celebrate his 7th birthday on 3/23. He's having a rough day so I'll be back. We are going to have some auction posts. NONE OF THE DONATIONS will be for us. All proceeds will go to either Captain's Salute or to hopefully purchase and donate the Help Me Up Harness that is such a life saver for us to one or more people who can't meet the requirements to get it from this wonderful organization. Sadly an MRI is cost prohibitive for many.

We'll have cookies, collars, bandanas and who knows what else going up for auction and a few giveaways too!

Invite your friends. Invite those who love Rocky! Life is crazy but in this his last trip around the sun most definitely we for sure want to give back.

Each day with Rocky is a gift. We learn from him. He challenges us. He loves us unconditionally.
