Founded by experienced emergency veterinarian Dr. Nir Ben-Ari, PetMedic was designed to fill a gap for concerned pet owners, local family veterinary practices and emergency rooms. Our locations in Portland, ME and Watertown, MA combine comprehensive diagnostics and flawlessly welcoming care to support after-hours, urgent cases. Plus, we have new locations coming soon in Westborough, MA and Freeport, ME! Visiting a PetMedic is simple:
1. Visit our website to book a same-day appointment online
2. Arrive at our hospital, check-in curbside, and we’ll go to work making sure your pet is stable
3. The team will conduct a thorough exam and provide you with a cost estimate
4. When you choose to proceed, we’ll will treat your pet and send you home with instructions and/or medication
