First meeting back after a ridiculously long seasonal break, we sent out 4 runners on the day with all the horses earning a stake cheque. But one horse that really made my day was Mr Greenlight, everyone thought he had no chance but I believe this horse is much better over sprint distances and what a cracker he ran fighting the great What A Dandy to the wire to be beaten into second by a neck.

For me that was better than a win to see this horse giving it his all again.

Our first timer My Secret Place unfortunately had to stand forever in the pens and caused her to jump slow loosing her position on the rail finishing 4th after having to be switched in, the run will certainly bring her on and looking for a bit further.

Mind Master and Al Mashriq ran great races finishing 3rd and 4th only a length off the winner.. Mind Master needed the run and Al Mashriq unfortunately stumbled out the gates and found himself at the back of the field..

Call The Wind running a much better race today at Turfontein over 1600m from a bad draw she ran on from the back of the field and managed to get her nose down for 5th. With a good draw on her side no doubt she will be right up there. Huge thank you to Mr Magner and his team for doing such a fantastic job woth our girl she looked amazing and so looking forward to seeing her run again..

Bidded farewell to this amazing little pocket rocket. In Good Time. I have no doubt you are going to have the best retirement out of racing and make the most wonderful horse.

In Good Time was the most amazing little mare by Var the kindest easiest horse I've ever had the privilege to work with..

From 25 runs 4 wins and only ever ran out the money 3 times, what more could u ask for.

It's OK day today and V Racing sends out 13 runners today of which 5 runners stand their ground in the feature race today. Wishing all the horses and jockeys great runs today and may you all come home safe and all the best to all the owners involved.

I would also like to say a HUGE HUGE thanks to my right hand man, my rock in racing, who has always been there and had my back. Adrian Nydam I always say I could never have done this with out you, and it sure is true and I could never thank you enough.
