I have seen a lactating mama dog (looks like a chocolate lab mix) numerous times in Roosevelt, usually walking around near the post office/O’Reilly’s/Frontier motel area. She looks like she is very full of milk and uncomfortable. Just wondering if anyone knows who she belongs to or if she is a stray? Not sure where her puppies are or why she is always wandering around.
