Meet Ariel: Ariel will usually be the first person you speak to when reaching out to Best Pals. When it comes to our day to day operations, Ariel ensures things are running smoothly. She also helps keep me organized and on time 😅

Meet Yamilex: Yami, as you've likely heard me refer to her as, has been a phenomenal addition to our team. She handles our social media AND is our assistant dog trainer! If your pup has stayed with us, she has provided exceptional care during their stay. Yami has a tender and caring heart and excels in providing patience to each canine companion that comes through Best Pals.

Meet Katelyn: I am Best Pals owner and trainer. I have been handling a variety of dogs for 13+ years. My experience started in rescue, I visited vet med for a bit and eventually found my permanent position in animal behavior. Training owners how to train and handle their dogs has been a passion of mine for over 5 years. I specialize in behavior modification and severe reactivity/aggression. One of my really good friends led me into the therapy dog world. AND one of my own personal dogs has recently opened doors to learn personal protection work and search and rescue. If there is one thing I know, it's useless and useful information about dogs.

Best Pals is thankful for each and every one of these souls!✨️ They have put in countless hours training their dogs. They show up and participate at just about every group class we've held. They continue to volunteer their time at our local nursing homes. AND each therapy dog is currently meeting up with a child every week to help increase literacy skills in our local children. Every one of these individuals selflessly give to our community, and we are incredibly lucky to have them represent us.

This brave pup has spent his entire life living in survival mode, a shy soul who watched from the shadows as our community rallied around him, offering food and kindness. Despite our best efforts, he was always too timid to get close enough to be caught.

But now, after just two weeks with our wholehearted trainer, we’re already seeing progress! 🐶✨ Primo is slowly learning to trust, and we couldn’t be more proud. While there’s still a long road ahead, we’re excited to share this journey with you.
