MEDICAL PRIORITY! Client arrived to MACC with an injured stray cat Goldfish. Client was called by one of his friends to come and retrieve the cat as the cat looked injured. Client stated the cat had an issue with its eye, there was discharge coming out of its eyes consistently, Client noted the discharge was yellow and green, with some bits of blood as well coming out of it. He also mentioned that the cat was experiencing black colored f***s. He was able to approach the cat and place it in a carrier.

He presented to ACC underweight and with a wound on his tail and has had a high fever since intake. He also has a grade II heart murmur, dental disease, and a small amount of exposed re**al tissue, possibly due to prolapse vs a small mass. X-rays showed possible asthma vs infection in the lungs as well as decreased serosal detail in the abdomen, which may be due to his decreased weight or fluid within the abdomen. He will require a full abdominal ultrasound, thoracic radiographs, and an internal medicine consult with placement.
