To update those who do not know, my father was called home. Our family is very much still grieving, but we are trying to reestablish some sense of normalcy. I am very grateful to all of my clients that have sent prayers and checked on me. I just want to say thank you. ❤️ I am as ok as I’m going to be for now.

🚨‼️PLEASE READ 🚨‼️I have been hesitant to make a post regarding this to protect my father’s privacy. He is currently in the hospital on life support. He suffered a cardiac arrest on Sunday, after being transported to the hospital via ambulance earlier last week. Things are not looking good. It is highly likely he will not come home. We will be closed for the next week and returning on Wednesday May 24th. For those of you who have appointments later this week David will most likely be contacting you to reschedule appointments. Thoughts and Prayers are much appreciated during this difficult time.

About Me..
I have been grooming since 2012, but working with dogs in various settings (vet assistant, boarding facilities, etc.) for most of my adult life. When I was a little girl I wanted to be a veterinarian! But once I saw how sad that can be I decided that wasn't for me. I also have an artistic side, and grooming allowed me to be around dogs and show off my creativity.
I have a grooming salon inside my home where all dogs are groomed on a routine one on one/same family basis. Low stress, and creating a relaxing atmosphere where dogs can enjoy their grooming adventures is my utmost priority! I continue to educate myself in all things related to dogs to provide the best care for the furry children that I have the privilege to encounter and care for. I have been a member of the National Dog Groomers Association of America since March of 2018. I am certified through them in Non-Sporting breeds (poodles, bichon frise, etc.) and I am continuing to study on my path to being a Master Groomer.
I am also certified in Pet CPR & first aid. As well as have a Semi-Permanent Color Certification through the Creative Groomers Association. I use iGroom products in my salon, SLS, Paraben, Phalates free products. These products are amazing at keeping dogs smelling fresh for weeks! It is also the ONLY stuff I have found that keeps my Lab, Onyx aka Puppyface, smelling good for almost a month after a bath.
Offering the best to my clients is something I pride myself on. If you are looking for a kind, patient, caring groomer I am your girl. I am continually trying to make myself better. I tend to get along with animals better than people, though I enjoy “personing” at times as well! I have created some awesome relationships with clients who I truly cherish that I have met along my journey of owning my own business.
Routine grooming- I require my clients to book at least every 8 weeks and maintain that schedule. This keeps your pet happy and in their best shape possible. It also reinforces the bond between groomer and pet, and is the difference between a dog that views grooming as a relaxing experience versus an anxious event. It is recommended to get them groomed every 6 weeks because of the cycle of skin cell renewal, and those extra 2 weeks allow for wiggle room for both of our schedules. Most people opt for an alternating bath/haircut schedule but this is completely customizable.
