Did you know jumping spiders are really good mamas? They stay with their eggs until they hatch and are able to fend for themselves. She may go weeks with out eating, and will dutifully maintain their web and eggsac. 1st picture is just hatching babies with mama spood, 2nd is babies still with their mom that have molted once, last picture is of babies that have molted twice and are on their own.

I am so excited about these heavy jumping spiders (hyllus diardi) they are a little more sensitive and have more care requirements then our regal jumping spider friends. Three of these guys are new and still shy, will definitely be posting better pictures as they settle in.

I am so excited about this one! A few more final touches and it will be complete It’s an 8x8x4” MEOW themed enclosure. It has plenty of ventilation, and a feeding hole on the top. It has climbing and hides, and is perfect for and active jumping spider!
