Shipping is AVAILABLE or door pick up.

(They are currently mixed together in our brooder, but I know which ones are which)

I am avail most of the time, for anyone seriously interested in purchasing. Dont waste my time if you are unsure.
Obviously, they will need to be kept indoors and under heat for the winter and into early spring, but would be ready to begin laying in 2025.

I have 30+ more eggs in the incubator waiting to hatch. I am keeping some chicks to grow out for myself, but willing to sell some if anyone is interested.

If you’re on my list for tomorrow, it’s time to start preparing. Shipping baby 🐣 requires careful planning and attention to detail to ensure their safe li*ve guarantee arrival.

Prepare baby (🐣) boxes.

🐣 health-check the chicks.

🐣adequate food and water is provided before shipping.

Choose a shipping box.

🐣 Steady ventilated box specifically designed for shipping baby chicks is used.

🐣 making sure the box is large enough for the chicks to move around comfortably.

Packing the (🐣)

layer of bedding material of your choice in the box.

🐣Gently place the (🐣) in the box, making sure they have enough space to move.

Providing heat and hydration.

🐣Heat source (e.g., heat pack to maintain a comfortable temperature.

🐣 grow gel is added. 🌱🐣🕊️

🌻Label and document:

🐣Clearly mark the package as “Baby 🐣” and fragile.

Eggs are all packaged and ready to go! All entries matched with what I had! I plan to put on a wheel and spin LIVE before 10:00 AM tomorrow!

A TOTAL team effort.

The coop in our Coops For Troops presentation this week is ONE OF A KIND (for now).

This coop is made from recycled materials, should last for decades, and is the FIRST one in the United States.

I'll will be delivering these co-ops to farm stores in the coming spring and we are beyond grateful they provided the first one to Coops For Troops.

Somewhere along the way I lost the instructions and it took this team less than an hour to figure it out and assemble it.

Many thanks to the team for figuring it out.

Easter Egger chickens are known for their friendly and hardy personalities. They're extremely social, love getting treats, and can be easily trained to sit in your lap ¹.
