Hi everyone!

Due to the prices of feed & egg cartons being ridiculous right now, we have made the decision to make the eggs $5/dozen. We wanted so badly to keep the price as low as possible and this seems to be the going rate for most farm fresh eggs in the area.

Do you live on Ft Dix/McGuire? Arrangements can be made to pick up eggs on base during the week. Just reach out. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. We’re so happy to see some cooler temps rolling in! 😌🐓❤️

We are in a bit of an egg overload right now.
If anyone would like to scoop up some eggs, the kids will have them ready by this evening.

These eggs will be unwashed so no need to refrigerate them as long as your house is kept cool. ☺️

$4 a dozen. Cash or Cash App.

Since the blue eggs are still tiny, we will only include brown eggs in your dozen for now.

We’re slowly seeing more production. They’re taking a liiiittle longer than expected, but they’re getting there! 🤗

Hoping for clearer skies soon so the girls can soak up more sunshine. ☀️ = happy 🐓

UPDATE (egg-date?): We recently switched the chicks & OG hens to an Organic corn & soy-free feed. I didn’t know if I wanted to commit to this change, but after tasting a few of these eggs—- It’s happening!! 🤤 Plus, all of the chickens look healthy, happy and amazing.

The 4 OG hens are laying beautiful and delicious eggs now that the warmer temps are back, but still not enough for the kids to begin selling.

The younger ladies should start laying within the next 2-3 weeks.

Gabe & Tootie will be back outside (or porch pickup) with their organically-fed fresh chicken eggs by the end of June! 🐓 🥚

We successfully hatched 5 new babies a week ago. They’ve been keeping warm and thriving in the brooder.

Hoping we have future hens here that will lay beautiful blue and brown eggs.

Day 10 of the incubation process!! We pointed out veins and guessed possible chicken parts. I taught the kids about the purpose of the air sac inside the egg and it was amazing to see all of the movement! Overall, the babies are looking great! 😊

After losing a majority of our flock to predators and illness last year the kids had to take a break from egg sales.

Today is day 9 of the incubation process for these babies. Hopefully, we’ll get a good mixture and a colorful collection of eggs this summer.

I’ll try to do a better job at keeping everyone updated here. There will be a few changes this summer so stay tuned! 😊 Gabe & Tootie are looking forward to having a new flock to grow.

Rainy weekend deal!! 🚨

Due to the not-so-sunny weather we’ve had the past couple of weeks, the kids have an overflow of eggs. Today alone they’ve washed over 120 eggs. 😬

We don’t want the eggs to start losing their freshness so they’re doing a weekend special!!

Your favorite little Chicken Tenders have washed and prepared quite a few dozen eggs for this weekend.

They’ll be outside at their table tomorrow starting around noon until they sell out or get too bored. 😊

One of the girls tried to pass this tiny little nugget off as an egg. She tried her best! 😂

Meanwhile, we’ve had a few overachievers passing jumbo double yolkers.

The ladies’ production has picked up and we’re looking to add a few more pullets to the flock this spring. Hoping to get some variations in breed/egg colors.

The kids are still doing porch pick up and should be back outside as soon as the weather warms up!

Every now and then I help the kids out by washing a few dozen eggs. 😎

Even with my help, all of the proceeds go straight to them. They’ve been learning to save, be responsible, and better manage their own money.

The weather may be colder but the ladies continue to lay! 🥚

We have been sooooo busy between school, work & soccer that the kids haven’t had a chance to do their stand the past couple of weeks.
