Questions and answers from My Mare Rx

1. Q: What’s in them?

A: All the ingredients in My Mare Rx are carefully researched, processed, resourced by us. All essential oils are Therapeutic Grade and Including the clays used. The only ingredient not locally sourced was the Arnica Montana because the crop that was done in Ithaca never made it last year. Oh and of course the clays they come from out west.

2. Q: Can I make these myself?

A: Yes, you can make them yourself.

3. Q: Are they tested on animals?

A: Yes, yes they are, all of these products have been tested on very sensitive animals and developed further for a very specific set of coverage and or conditions. As always it’s not a replacement for a veterinarian, use gloves, do not ingest, place in eyes and is for external use only.

4. Q: What’s in them?

A: My Mare Rx contains the following ingredients in different products: Sodium Bicarbonate, Arrowroot Powder, Corn Starch, Therapeutic grade bentonite clay, English Clay, Honey, Witch Hazel, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Soybean Oil, Turmeric, Alganate, Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils, Apple Cider Vinegar, H**p, Cane Sugar. In any combinations.

5: Q: Why are the prices different?

A: The prices for local customers in and around Ithaca are different those are done in a drop shipment to keep the price point low, online pricing includes the cost of shipping. If you received an unlabeled container as a courtesy drop, you may send that back for 3.00 off one of your next product purchases.

6: Q: What is the recycling program?

A: You send back or hand back a container, we will clean, refill and relabel your container, plus we will take off 3.00 per container on your next purchase. We will not take back any container that is broken or destroyed.

7: Q: What if I do not like the product or it does not do as described?

A: These products have been tested, they have great results. The products are small batch so the same amount of ingredients go in to each one every time. Every result is different because every animal is different. Let us know what the actual issue is and we will look into something that may work better for you. Again these are homeopathic products, results will very, and not in replacement of veterinary care.
